It was, in your words, “the most pathetic play” you’ve ever been a part of: people going out of their way to try to stop someone from seeing the very power and gifts God blessed them with.

That kind of coordinated environment doesn’t just hurt your feelings. It tries to disciple your heart into believing:

• “My gifts are dangerous.”
• “My presence is a threat.”
• “My calling must be dimmed for everyone else to feel safe.”

If your timeline is full of that atmosphere - envy dressed up as concern, sabotage dressed up as “accountability,” war dressed up as “we’re just worried about you” -then even if you say you’re following Jesus, your frequency may quietly be tuned to anxiety, self‑doubt, and suspicion.

The Bible is blunt:

“Do not be misled: ‘Bad company corrupts good character.’”
- 1 Corinthians 15:33

Bad company can be in your living room, in your ministry circle, or on your phone.
All three can corrupt good character and warp your frequency.

The strange way war can wake you up

   • Do they encourage you to guard your heart, renew your mind, and walk with Jesus in real life?
3. What small shifts could I make today?
   • Unfollow one account that keeps your spirit in a low, chaotic frequency.
   • Follow one account or ministry that helps you fix your eyes on Jesus.
   • Set one boundary: limit your time on platforms that always leave you drained.

This is not about perfection; it’s about alignment.

You’re saying:

“My heart is too valuable to be discipled by algorithms.
My frequency is too important to be set by whoever shouts the loudest today.”
