Frequency Thursday: Questions That Rise When the Noise Gets Loud

“When the people closest to you start moving in ways that don’t make sense, don’t rush to mute your own discernment. This may be the moment God is retuning your ears to His frequency alone.”

There comes a moment on your healing journey when you “wake up” and realize that the people around you may not have been cheering for your calling - they may have been working together to silence it.
Family, friends, neighbors, co‑workers, even an entire community can feel strangely synchronized in ways that don’t make sense on the surface.

That realization is jarring, but it is also information.
It does not mean God has abandoned you; it means you have stepped into the chapter where He begins to separate His voice from all the others.

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
John 10:27 (NKJV)​

When the noise rises, the invitation is not to panic - it is to start asking better questions in the presence of God.

Rewinding the Tape: The Night of 10/01

On 10/01, I experienced what felt like the biggest synchronicity of my life to date.
I left work at 10:10 p.m. (I was working on my personal brand which was always done after hours), and my odometer read 101,101 - a sequence so specific that you knew heaven was highlighting that moment. (Link to the 10/01 blog)

That same evening, my neighbor called at 8:12 p.m. to tell me the dogs were out running around the neighborhood.
I responded respectfully but held my boundary, knowing they were not my dogs and I did not need to abandon my responsibilities.

Later, as I left work, I noticed what appeared to be my friends’ vehicles parked at an empty building in the business park (was empty or 3+ years up until this time), catty corner from our office.
I shrugged it off as “weird,” but the next day, when I arrived at work, it was obvious my computer had been tampered with - another “weird” moment I set aside at the time.

Looking back now, the pattern raises questions:

• Was there communication between my friends and my neighbor?
• Were they trying to get me out of the office early to access my work computer? I so, why?

“There is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries… He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.”

Frequency Thursday is about bringing these questions before the God who sees what I could not see in real time.

The Neighbor, the “Pop‑Up” Business, and the Web Around Me

This was not just any neighbor; at one time, he felt like a true friend.
He offered information that seemed to help me navigate the maze, even warning that “people” were outside my house watching me.

If that was true, I almost feel sad for them - I live a quiet life, keep to myself, and pour my energy into writing and reflection.
But when I resigned from my position on 12/05, the “pop‑up” business that had been operating in our business park since the synchronicity suddenly disappeared which I noticed when returning my work computer.

Now the questions sharpen:

• Did my neighbor know my boss?
• Were they in contact about me, my movements, or my work?
• Was the “pop‑up” business connected to something happening behind the scenes with my intellectual property or data?

“For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.”

When everything looks suspicious, it’s easy to spiral into fear.
Instead, this is the moment to ask God to separate paranoia from prophetic discernment.

Accusations, “Off” Pizza, and the Question of Motive

When I began asking questions about inconsistencies at work, my boss accused me of being on drugs.
That accusation cut deeply because he knew my story, my battles, and my sobriety, and he knew it wasn’t true - yet he used that narrative anyway.

The night of 12/04 when I resigned, the person I rent a room from made two slices of pizza for me, something that had never happened before or since.
After eating, I felt “off” in a way that still makes me question whether that incident was connected to my boss’s accusation.

Then there is the report that my sister allegedly told my boss she had photos of cocaine on the table at my residence.
I remember that clearly: when someone allegedly (I didn't see it with my own eyes) brought substances into the house, I didn’t want to be anywhere near it - I texted my boss and stayed at his home for a few days to remove myself from the situation.

Now my questions sound like this:

• Were these people sharing information - and misinformation - about me?
• Was there an intentional attempt to paint me as unstable or using, to discredit my discernment and protect themselves?

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn.”

God is not intimidated by these questions.
He invites you to bring every accusation, every odd detail, and every “off” moment into His light.

Connections, Rings, and Intellectual Property

During this same season, a co‑worker who felt like a truly divine connection.
She mentioned that her wedding invitations hadn’t been mailed yet one day at lunch, made comments about her fiance needing a job talking down about him IMO, and frequently changed the ring on her left hand - little signals that seemed at the time to acknowledge a special bond between us.

Those subtle cues, paired with my spiritual sensitivity, left me wondering if she understood the connection God was highlighting.
But they also raise a deeper, unnerving question now: in the wider web of my old boss, neighbors, family, and friends, was she truly a divine connection - or yet another moving part in a larger plan?

One of my biggest questions today is whether my family, friends, and co‑workers were working together to steal my intellectual property - my ideas, strategies, or creative work.
If I moved to help grow a company and poured out my insight, it is reasonable to ask where my value ended up and who benefited from it.

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done.”

The enemy may target your mind and creativity, but God will not waste your wisdom, your anointing, or your story.

Frequency Practice: Questions to Bring Before God

On this Frequency Thursday, instead of replaying the past on loop, bring your questions into a structured, sacred conversation with God:

1. What actually happened?
   “Lord, show me what was truly going on behind the scenes - what was coincidence, what was human brokenness, and what was intentional harm.”
2. Where was I protected without realizing it?
   Ask God to highlight the moments where He quietly shielded you, redirected you, or used your “no” to keep you safe.
3. What patterns in me need healing?
   Even when others are wrong, God uses these seasons to address our own people‑pleasing, over‑trusting, or self‑doubt.
4. What is my next wise step?
   Instead of trying to solve the whole mystery at once, ask for one concrete action for today: document, seek counsel, set a boundary, or secure your work.

“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”
Jeremiah 33:3 (NKJV)​

As you do this, remember: you are not chasing conspiracy; you are inviting clarity.
You are tuning your heart away from the noise and into the frequency of God’s truth.

Frequency Thursday Prayer

Lord,
You see every conversation, every accusation, every hidden plan, and every strange synchronicity that has surrounded my life in this season.
You know where people cooperated with darkness, where fear drove their choices, and where my own wounds made me easy to use.

Today, I ask You to tune my heart to Your voice above every other.
Reveal what I need to know, and release what I don’t.
Protect the calling and creativity You placed inside me, and guard my mind from confusion, paranoia, and self‑hatred.

Show me if anyone has misused my trust, my story, or my ideas - and give me wisdom about how to respond.
Turn what was meant for harm into healing, growth, and holy boldness.
Let my life broadcast Your faithfulness louder than any scheme against me.

In Jesus’ name, amen.
