Frequency Thursday: Staying Tuned to Abundance

Tonight’s Frequency Thursday is all about keeping your inner frequency set to abundance, no matter how loudly your past, your circumstances, or other people’s opinions try to argue otherwise. This is your reminder that your spirit already knows what is right for you, that you are allowed to have high standards even with a messy history, and that your only real job is to keep taking baby steps in the right direction while God’s timing catches the 3D up to what He has already spoken over your life.

Your Frequency Is Your Responsibility

Here is a hard but liberating truth: no one else is responsible for the frequency you live on.
People can influence you, trigger you, or inspire you - but at the end of the day, your thoughts, your outlook, and your expectations are yours.
That means other people’s feelings are not the steering wheel of your life; your own alignment with God is.

At the end of the day, no one else has to understand you but you.
You and God are the ones who have to live inside your head and your heart 24/7.
Everyone else is a guest, not the landlord.

You are allowed to have standards as high as the sky, even if your past looks like a blooper reel.
Your history may explain you, but it does not define the ceiling on your future.
Your spirit already knows when something is right or wrong - you feel it in your body, your peace, your energy. The real work is learning to trust that inner nudge.

“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…”

If your heart is thinking abundance, alignment, and possibility, your life will eventually start to echo that frequency.

Abundance Is a Frequency, Not Just a Bank Balance

When Jesus talked about abundant life, He was not just talking about money or material success.
He was talking about a life that is full - of meaning, of joy, of purpose, of deep connection with Him.
Abundance is a way of being before it’s a list of things you own.

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:
I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
John 10:10 (KJV)

If the voice in your head is constantly stealing your joy, killing your hope, and destroying your confidence in the future - that’s not God.
Jesus came so that your inner life could be expansive, not cramped; hopeful, not haunted.

Keeping your frequency tuned to abundance looks like:

• Expecting good things without apologizing for it.
• Allowing yourself to dream again after disappointment.
• Refusing to let shame narrate your future decisions.
• Believing that “above only and not beneath” is not just a verse, but your birthright in Him.

“And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath…”
Deuteronomy 28:13 (KJV)

Abundance says: I was not built to live at the bottom of my own life.

Trusting the Signal in Your Spirit

Your spirit knows if something is right or wrong.
Sometimes before your mind can make sense of it, your spirit has already cast a vote.
You feel it as a tightening, a lightness, a green light, or a heavy “nope.”

I’ve followed that inner knowing my whole life - and I am still here.
If I’m honest, by many earthly calculations I should have been gone a long time ago.
But I’m still here, still crushing it, even though the 3D looks like it’s lagging behind what I know in my spirit.

That’s the tension of faith: your inner world is already living in the future God promised, while your outer world is still buffering.
Abundance frequency says, “It’s okay. The outside will catch up.”

“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)”

You don’t ignore what you see - but you don’t give it the final vote either.

Other People Don’t Get to Price Your Future

Part of keeping your frequency tuned to abundance is divorcing your future from other people’s opinions of you.
Some people only know you by your mistakes.
Some people are more comfortable with the old version of you because it makes them feel safe about their own lack of growth.

But nobody else gets to price your destiny.
They can gossip, misunderstand, underestimate, or mislabel you - and your spirit can still say, “Actually, I know who I am and where I’m going - move.”

You are allowed to:

• Raise your standards mid-story.
• Decide that what you accepted at 25 is no longer acceptable at 41.
• Refuse to audition for people who are committed to misreading you.
• Believe that God is not done revealing opportunities that fit you perfectly.

Abundance is not arrogance; it is agreement with what God says about you.

One Baby Step at a Time

The beautiful part is: you don’t have to fix your whole life tonight.
You don’t have to “high vibe” your way into pretending nothing hurts or nothing went wrong.
Keeping your frequency tuned to abundance is usually not one giant leap; it’s a series of baby steps in the right direction.

One baby step might be:

• Replacing one self‑dragging thought with one self‑honoring one.
• Making one decision that respects your standards instead of lowering them.
• Doing one small thing today your future self will thank you for - sending the email, drinking the water, taking the walk, writing the paragraph.

Every time you choose the next right thing, you’re telling your nervous system, “We are safe to move forward. God is still with us.”
The 3D reality might be slow, clunky, and full of delays - but alignment plus consistency is unstoppable over time.

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Philippians 1:6 (KJV)

If God started a work in you, He didn’t do it just to abandon you halfway.

Frequency Thursday Practice: Tuning Back to Abundance

Try this simple practice to carry into the rest of your week:

1. Check your current frequency.
   Write down the loudest thought you’ve had about your future this week. Is it abundant, or is it scarcity dressed up as “realism”?
2. Ask your spirit.
   Sit quietly and ask: Does this thought feel like truth, or does it feel like fear? Let your body answer before your brain does.
3. Rewrite the script.
   Take that thought and rewrite it from an abundant, faith‑filled perspective. Make it something your spirit can say “yes” to without flinching.
4. Take one aligned baby step.
   Ask, “What is one small action I can take today that matches this new, abundant belief?” Then do that one thing—nothing fancy, just faithful.
5. Bless your own future.
   Speak over yourself: “My life is catching up to what God has already spoken. I am allowed to expect goodness.”

Closing Whisper

God,

Thank You that You created me for abundance - not a life ruled by fear, shame, or other people’s opinions.
Thank You that even when my past is loud, Your plans for my future are louder.

Teach me to keep my frequency tuned to faith and possibility.
Help me trust the signals in my spirit when something is right or wrong.
Show me how to honor my own feelings without apologizing for my standards.

When the 3D looks slow or discouraging, remind me that You are already moving in ways I cannot see.
Give me courage to keep taking baby steps in the right direction, one day at a time.
Let my thoughts, my words, and my actions line up with the abundant life You promised.
