Frequency Thursday - Tending to Your Frequency

Frequency Thursday is all about tuning into God’s voice amid the noise -especially when that noise is coming from inside your own head.
Today’s download was simple and sharp: shut up long enough to stop complaining about what you don’t have and start being thankful for what you do.
Because the truth is, what you emit is what you tend to call in.
If your words, thoughts, and posts vibrate at fear, worst-case scenarios, and constant lack, your atmosphere starts to match that frequency.

If anyone watches my TikToks, you can see the emotional tug-of-war - wanting to go straight to worst-case scenario, to name every shady thing I couldn’t yet explain, to drag it all into the light right now.
Meanwhile, a quieter truth sat underneath: much of what didn’t make sense was actually working for my benefit.

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

If your tongue is an antenna, what station have you been broadcasting?
Fear FM, or Kingdom Confidence Radio?

When Everything Felt Hush Hush

I'm not crazy: people really were acting hush hush.
Questions didn’t get answered.
Details were withheld.
Rooms I should have been invited into suddenly had locked doors.

I knew something was off long before I had language for it.
The dissonance in my spirit was louder than the words being spoken to my face.
That’s what happens when your inner frequency is trying to stay tuned to God in a space that’s busy running interference.

When I gave the whole thing to God, He started highlighting the inconsistencies.
Little things that didn’t match up.
Timelines that didn’t make sense.
Narratives that sounded rehearsed instead of honest.
I didn’t fully grasp how deep it went until I “woke up” and overlaid everything -dates, behaviors, content, conversations - on top of each other.
Then the alarm bells were beating out of my chest.

“For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.”

God wasn’t gaslighting me.
He was preparing me for the reveal.

October to December: Calm in a War Zone

If anyone knew how hard it was to stay calm and collected between early October 2025 and early December 2025, they’d call it what it was: war.
Psychological.
Spiritual.
Energetic.

Yet somehow, I held my ground.
Not perfectly - because I'm human (I think) - but faithfully.
I knew I was divinely protected even when my hands were shaking and my mind was racing.

Then there was that moment when the team tapped me in by the pond and once that connection was made they knew I was about to go nuclear.
Once that happened, the game shifted.
I could feel it in the atmosphere: the ones rooting against me suddenly got real nervous.
I started piecing everything together - quickly.
Even the content I was consuming from people I had once looked up to started to read differently.
Wording, timing, themes - it all pointed to a bigger story running underneath the surface.

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.”
Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)

Weapons formed? Absolutely.
Prospering? Not on God’s watch.

Heaven’s Receipts and God’s Archive

I'm not the only one collecting receipts.
My team has been quietly logging things for years - screenshots, conversations, behavior patterns, weird “coincidences” that were a little too on time.
Even the attempts to cover tracks have their own trail.

And above all of that, God has His own archive.
Nothing escapes His cloud storage.
Every whisper, every DM, every meeting, every plot - He saw it all, in real time.
Even when I didn’t know what to look for yet, God was already preserving evidence.

I can say with confidence: this is Biblical.

(Fun Fact: after I woke up I was in the shower and jamming to music while showering and I was thinking and said out loud "this is Biblical" - at that time the power literally zapped right out of my portable speaker that had plenty of charge - instantly when I finished the sentence)

The scale of it.
The spiritual layers of it.
The way God is weaving justice and mercy together in a story that will eventually be told.

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.”
2 Chronicles 16:9 (KJV)

He didn’t just watch.
He has been actively showing Himself strong on my behalf.

Today’s Download: Take a Chill Pill

So what does all of this have to do with Frequency Thursday?
Everything.

Because the download for today was clear:
Take a chill pill.
Stop spiraling.
Stop letting your mouth run ahead of your spirit.
Trust the process - because God has not led me wrong yet, and He’s not about to start now.

It doesn’t mean I ignore what happened.
It doesn’t mean I minimize the intensity or pretend it didn’t hurt.
It means I refuse to let the enemy use my frequency against me.
I can acknowledge the warfare without broadcasting constant fear.
I can document the story without letting bitterness dictate my tone.

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Philippians 4:6 (KJV)

The key is in that word thanksgiving.
Gratitude is a frequency shift.
It tunes you back to heaven’s channel.

Frequency Thursday Practice – Retuning in Real Time

To tend your frequency today, you might try this simple practice:

1. Catch the complaint mid-sentence.
   When you hear yourself about to say “I don’t have…,” pause and replace it with one thing you do have that you’re thankful for.
2. Name the station you’re tuned to.
   Ask: “Right now, am I broadcasting panic, suspicion, or trust?” Adjust your inner dial accordingly.
3. Lay the questions at God’s feet.
   Say out loud: “God, I don’t understand all of this yet, but You do. I give You the unanswered questions and ask You to reveal what I actually need to know.”
4. Affirm divine protection.
   Speak this over yourself: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper, and no lie will outlive God’s truth about my life.”
5. End the day with gratitude, not gossip.
   Before bed, list three ways you saw God’s hand today—no matter how small. Let that be the last frequency you broadcast before you sleep.

God,

On this Frequency Thursday, I bring You my whole signal -
the static of my fears,
the sharp edges of my anger,
the deep ache of not knowing everything I wish I knew.

Thank You for the download that told me to be quiet long enough to be grateful.
Thank You for reminding me that what I emit is what I invite, and that You are calling me to broadcast trust, not terror.

You saw everything that happened over the last 41 years.
You saw my attempts to stay calm while my chest felt like an alarm bell.
You saw the hush hush conversations, the covered tracks, the hidden motives - and You also saw the divine protection wrapped around me the whole time.

Retune my heart to Your frequency.
Filter my thoughts, my TikToks, my words, and my reactions through Your Spirit.
Help me to honor the truth without feeding the darkness, to document what matters without drowning in it.

Thank You that You have receipts I don’t even know about,
that You miss nothing,
and that You are working all of this together for my good and for Your glory.

Teach me to take a holy chill pill - to rest, to breathe, and to trust that You have never led me wrong and You never will.
Keep guiding me, correcting me, and tuning me until my life sounds like the song You wrote for me.
