Frequency Thursday - Transmuting Honestly

Frequency Thursday is your reminder that when you tune into God’s voice and stop shrinking your own, you can’t miss what’s meant for you. Speak your truth, walk your lane, and let the ones who honor your honesty walk beside you.

Frequency Thursday - Transmuting Honestly
Walking my own lane, tuning into God’s voice, speaking my truth, and trusting I can’t miss my destiny.

When You’re Done Filtering Yourself

Some days, the holiest thing you can do is stop editing how you really feel.
Frequency Thursday is about tuning into God’s voice - but that doesn’t mean pretending your own voice is neat, tidy, or always “church‑appropriate.”
Sometimes the most honest prayer you can offer sounds more like a raw voice memo than a polished sermon.

You are allowed to feel all of it - the good, the bad, and the ugly.
You can swear in your journal if that’s what’s leaking out.
You can get aggressive on a walk, crying in the car, pounding the steering wheel, or sobbing into a pillow.
Transmuting honestly means letting the uncensored truth pass through you with God instead of shoving it down and calling that “faith.”

“Pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.”
Psalm 62:8 (KJV)

God invited you to pour, not to perform.
He can handle the parts of your heart you’re afraid other people might judge.

Playing Your Own Game of Life

You are not here to be the main character in everyone else’s script.
You are playing your game of life - running your race, stewarding your assignment.
Your first responsibility is to take care of your own soul and the people God has genuinely entrusted to you - not to twist yourself into a shape that keeps everyone comfortable.

Even with the people you love - friends, family, coworkers, lovers - truth is non‑negotiable if you want relationships that last.
If you’re always swallowing your feelings, reading the room instead of reading your own heart, something is off.
Silence might keep the peace on the surface for a little while, but it slowly kills connection underneath.

“Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.”
Ephesians 4:25 (KJV)

Lying isn’t just saying things that are false; it’s also pretending everything is fine when it isn’t.
Honesty is one of the greatest forms of love you can offer.

Say What’s on Your Heart

If you aren’t speaking your feelings truly, you are doing something wrong - period.
It doesn’t matter if your truth is messy, inconvenient, or emotional.
What’s on your heart is meant to move; it is meant to find its way into the world so it can reach the souls who are wired to resonate with it.

Maybe your truth is:

  • “I’m hurt that you pulled away and never explained.”
  • “I love you, but I can’t pretend this doesn’t bother me.”
  • “I’m tired of being the only one who cares about this relationship.”
  • “I feel called to something bigger, and I’m scared to say it out loud.”

Whatever it is, let it out.
Once spoken, the right hearts will recognize it, and the wrong ones will reveal themselves.

“Let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.”
Matthew 5:37 (KJV)

Clear “yes” and clear “no” is Kingdom language.
You weren’t designed to live in constant emotional gray.

When Holding Back Is a Red Flag

If something (or someone) keeps you from sharing your true feelings, that is a red flag, not a sign of maturity.
If you feel like you have to walk on eggshells, shrink yourself, or constantly self‑censor just to be tolerated, that space is not safe for your soul.
Those dynamics have no place in your life - no questions, no explanations, just done.

This applies to friendships just as much as romance.
If your friends are more committed to keeping things light than keeping things real, that’s not community; that’s a costume party.
You deserve relationships where honesty is welcomed, not punished.

“He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”
Proverbs 13:20 (KJV)

Wise people may not always like the truth, but they respect it.
Foolish people would rather you stay quiet so they never have to grow.

You’re Not Here to Be Misunderstood on Purpose

There’s a difference between someone struggling to understand you and someone being committed to misunderstanding you.
The latter will twist your words, project their own issues, and act offended every time you set a boundary.
You are not here to tolerate disrespect from people like that.

You can love someone and still choose distance.
You can wish them well and still say, “You no longer get access to my heart.”
Frequency Thursday means turning down the volume on those voices so you can tune in to what God actually says about you.

“A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.”
Proverbs 18:24 (KJV)

The Friend who sticks closer than a brother never manipulates your honesty.
He receives it, heals it, and helps you move in wisdom.

Frequency Thursday Practice – Transmute It in Real Time

As you move through today, try this:

  1. Name the feeling out loud.
“I feel angry…hurt…disappointed…excited…scared.” Bringing it into the open is step one of transmutation.
  2. Say it unfiltered to God first.
In prayer, notes, or voice memos, let it rip. No editing, no spiritual language required.
  3. Choose one person to be honest with.
Share a real feeling with someone safe: “I’ve been holding this back, but I need to tell you…”
  4. Notice who makes room for your truth.
Pay attention to which relationships lean in and which shut down when you get honest. Adjust accordingly.
  5. Bless your own light.
Remind yourself: “I’m not here to be palatable; I’m here to be authentic. My light is allowed to take up space.”

Closing Whisper

God,

On this Frequency Thursday, I’m tired of filtering myself into something easier to digest.
You see the parts of me that want to scream, swear, cry, and question, and You don’t flinch.
Thank You for being the One place where my honesty is never “too much.”

Teach me how to transmute every feeling with You instead of against myself -
the joy, the anger, the confusion, the grief, the hope.
Show me how to let these emotions move through me in healthy ways until they turn into wisdom, clarity, and courage.

Give me the boldness to speak my truth in my relationships -
not to hurt people, but to stop hurting myself through silence.
If a space, friendship, or love requires me to hide my heart, give me the strength to walk away.

Protect me from people who are committed to misunderstanding me.
Surround me with souls who honor honesty, hold space for my humanity, and reflect Your love back to me.
And no matter how the world chooses to respond, keep my light burning -
unapologetic, unedited, and aligned with the voice of the One who knows me best.

In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

You are not behind... you are not lost... just keep transmuting.

🎧 Frequency Feature: I Can't Miss

“I Can’t Miss” by Upper Vibe Media fits this Frequency Thursday because it echoes what happens when you finally stop shrinking and start living your truth out loud. As you transmute the good, the bad, and the ugly - no more filtering, no more pretending - this track becomes an anthem that says, “If I’m aligned with God and honest with myself, I can’t miss what’s really meant for me.” Your job is to keep moving, keep speaking, keep shining, and let God turn your unapologetic authenticity into a straight path you don’t have to chase.

Your Journey Starts Here

Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.

These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.

There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.

Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision.
