Beautiful souls,

as this new week begins, receive this gently: surviving the storm is not the same as being finished healing. If you woke up this Monday still carrying the weight of the season you just walked through, there is grace for the after - and it is new every single morning.


The season ends, but the effects linger

We talk a lot about the wilderness - the betrayal, the being hunted, the breaking of chains. But there’s a quieter chapter nobody warns you about: the after.

The season ends, and yet your body is still bracing. Your mind is still scanning for danger. Your heart is still learning how to trust again. You made it out of the cave, but the cave is still echoing in you.

That’s not weakness. That’s the honest reality of healing.

God doesn’t only meet you in the battle.
He is closest in the tender, recovering after.


Fresh grace for the parts still recovering

Here is the gift of Monday Morning Grace: you don’t have to be fully healed to be fully loved.

You get to wake up to mercy that is new every morning - grace for the parts of you that are still raw, still rebuilding, still catching their breath. You are allowed to heal at your own pace, without apologizing for how long it takes.

You are not behind.
You are healing - and grace is meeting you exactly where you are.


The fruit hidden in the effects

Not every effect of your season is a scar. Some of them are fruit.

The same wilderness that took so much also gave you things the easy road never could:

  • Discernment that can read a room in seconds.
  • A faith that no longer depends on comfort.
  • Boundaries you were once too afraid to set.
  • A closeness to God that only the valley could teach.

What the enemy meant to break you, God has been quietly using to build you.

Look closely at what you thought were only wounds.
Some of them are wisdom.


Softening after survival mode

For a long time, you may have lived in observation mode - guarded, expressionless, always alert. That was your God-given system protecting you. But you weren’t made to live braced forever.

Part of grace for the after is learning to soften again. To let your guard down in safe places. To feel joy without waiting for the other shoe to drop. To let God, and a few trustworthy people, back in.

You can lay the vigilance down now.
God is strong enough to keep watch while you soften.


Taking one small step into the week

Grace for the after doesn’t mean you have to have it all figured out by Monday morning. It just means you take one small, aligned step - and trust God with the rest.

You don’t have to rebuild the whole life today.
You just have to take the next faithful step.

A Monday Morning Grace practice

  1. Name what’s still healing.
    Gently acknowledge one effect of your season you’re still carrying. Say: “This is still healing, and that’s okay.”
  2. Receive fresh grace.
    Take a breath and declare: “Today I receive new mercy for the parts of me that are still recovering.”
  3. Find the fruit.
    Name one good thing - a strength, a lesson, a closeness to God - the season produced in you.
  4. Take one small step.
    Choose one gentle, aligned action for today. Just the next step. Let that be enough.

PS - you weren't supposed to let me find out who I was - oops...

PPS - Jess - how does it feel knowing that people intentionally went out of their way to manipulate you and your life and forced you to not follow your Heart? I would imagine they tricked you into sharing yourself which is a sad world to Live in (waiting on you, Alex, or Tony to discuss the contract details - why was I left in the dark? Why would you lie to someone who stood next to you for years?) - I hope you find peace and healing but just know they will literally come for your Life as they did mine.... notice that I am still standing? I am not going to stop until everyone involved is nailed to the Cross and takes accountability - I have tons more Truth to share but I will give it time.

I didn't get allegedly sexually assaulted, manipulated, projected upon, poisoned, and hunted down so people could go without consequence while at the same time manipulating my Love interest, job, friends, family, and community - and quite literally leaving me for Dead (I reached out to Jessica Fields for help on 12/06 and I reached out to Alex Hormozi for help on 12/05 both which went ignored which led to me being brutally attacked - allegedly) while you go on about your Life sharing yourself with the very abusers who attacked me - how messed up is that - you breadcrumb someone while letting people manipulate you - is that not fucked up to you? All of this for inheritance - allegedly?

Odd walking through a season where my Grandfather's Health declined rapidly at the same time feeling like every area of my life was attacked while celebrities put themselves in my presence - people will go out of their way to target heirs beautiful souls - stay aware and stay vigilant.
