Monday Morning Grace - Releasing Everyone From Your Past

Letting Go When Silence Was a Weapon

There’s a difference between drifting apart and being shut out.
When people intentionally refuse to speak with you, dodge your questions, and move funny around you, that silence can become a weapon.
In my case, it wasn’t just distance - it was a setup.

They tried to paint me as the problem and the threat when all I carried into the room was love and light all the while the emotional manipulator in the workplace is allegedly sleeping with the person who is causing problems in my life on purpose - gross - allegedly. The Queen was definitely not a Queen - womp, womp, womp. Thank you for playing into the humiliation ritual - "allegedly".
When my questions went unanswered, I did the healthy thing: I stepped away.
And that’s when the threats, the attempts on my life, alleged sexual abuse, and the constant surveillance (this had been happening for a long time up until I forcefully had to resign) showed me just how intentional it all really was.

“The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”

There comes a point where you stop begging for conversations and let God handle what your words could never fix.

When Manipulation Dresses Up as Love

What makes it worse is when betrayal isn’t coming from strangers - it’s coming from people acting like they wanted a future with me.
A co‑worker who emotionally manipulated me, withheld truth, and, all while trying to “start a life” with me - that’s not romance, that’s warfare.

Why would anyone allegedly share a bed with the source of my pain unless they were tied to the plot from the beginning?
That is not divine counterpart energy.
That is intentional confusion, contamination, and compromise.

“Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”
1 Corinthians 15:33 (KJV)

Love without honesty is not love.
It’s strategy - gross strategy.

When the Fairy Tale Isn’t Holy

I was writing a fairy tale in my mind - a story where the princess had dignity, the kingdom was aligned, and love was something sacred, not a bargaining chip.
Then I started seeing the cracks: a princess with no self‑respect, a “Mr. Kingdom Builder” whose moves were more predatory than protective, and a story line that felt more like a trap than a testimony. Thank you for going out of your way Ryan and Jess - allegedly - I pray your future is bright!

That’s a bummer, yes.
But it’s also revelation.
Because once I see that the main characters in the story I was sold are actually villains, I'm free to stop auditioning for the old script.

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”
Ephesians 5:11 (KJV)

You don’t have to keep playing a role in a production that was never written for your good (even though it was written by you for your good and intentionally sabotaged) - the very people around you will try and manipulate you and your story for their gain - while being nasty - allegedly.

Releasing Everyone From Your Past

Monday Morning Grace says this:
You are allowed to release every single person who participated in the harm -actively or passively.
Those who plotted, those who benefited, those who stayed silent, and those who played both sides while saying they “cared.”

Releasing them does not mean what they did was small.
It means you refuse to carry their choices into your next season.
You refuse to let their lack of integrity dictate your capacity for love, joy, or trust going forward.

“Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
Hebrews 12:1 (KJV)

Some people are not just weights - they are full‑blown detours.
Laying them aside is not cruelty; it is obedience.

Monday Morning Grace Practice – A Gentle Release Ritual

As you start this week, try this simple, faith‑centered practice:

1. List the roles, not the names.
   “The manipulator.” “The watcher.” “The one who stayed silent.” “The one who played both sides.”
2. Write one sentence of truth for each.
   For example: “You hurt me by pretending to love me while aligning with the person harming me.”
3. Write: “I release you.”
   Not because they deserve it, but because you deserve peace.
4. Ask God to refill the space.
   “Lord, remove what was sent to destroy me and replace it with people and opportunities that honor Your plans for my life.”
5. Bless your future self.
   See yourself loved honestly, supported openly, and surrounded by people who would rather lose everything than sell you out.

Closing Whisper

God,

This morning, I choose grace - not the kind that lets people keep abusing me, but the kind that lets me walk away without chains.
You saw the surveillance, the manipulation, the lies, and the twisted relationships.
You know exactly who played a part and why.

I release every person from my past who chose fear, control, or betrayal over truth.
I take my hands off their judgment and place them into Yours.
Break every soul tie that was forged in deception, lust, or hidden agendas.
Close every door that keeps me tethered to cycles of harm.

Heal the places in me that confused manipulation for love.
Restore my ability to trust without ignoring red flags.
Surround me with people whose hearts and actions match their words.

As I step into this new week, let Your grace be my covering, Your wisdom be my filter, and Your love be my standard.
I may be done with certain people, but I am not done with love - because You are not done with me.

You are not behind... you are not lost... just keep transmuting.

Sadly, the Queen was never truly a Queen but that is OK because there is only good things to come in the future and I know there truly are good people in this world who respect themselves and not just sleep around to chase clout - gross - allegedly - that is really nasty...
