Beautiful souls, some journeys begin with fanfare, surrounded by familiar faces, celebrated as steps toward something greater. And then there are journeys you take alone, that no applause ever meets; only your own steady heartbeat and quiet faith mark the starting line.

Three years ago, I set out on a journey that felt like madness to nearly everyone I loved. I was/am a man of few words (unless you know me, lol), comfortable in the rhythm of my life: working reliably as an electrician, surrounded by family, present for every moment with my two sons. I felt as if life had found a steady flow, yet somewhere inside, a sacred whisper invited me to step out of my comfort zone to test the strength I held within.

I left behind the warmth of home and the gentle cadence of family life. I uprooted myself from the people I cherished most - my boys - and moved to Tampa, Florida. More pay, yes, but with it the weight of responsibility: housing, car, insurance, and a new city that sometimes felt silent and foreign. At times, the balancing act between provision and presence felt impossible; flights home became luxuries rather than guarantees. I drove Uber for extra income, stretched each dollar, and faced a car accident that seemed almost a cosmic test. For transparency, this was early on in my journey, and I am in a very blessed position now.

The world tells us that instability is failure. Yet, I found, sometimes painfully, that instability can be an invitation: a chance to discover resilience, grit, and the hidden dimensions of faith that only surface when the path vanishes beneath your feet. At any moment, I could have surrendered to discouragement. I also had to cope with the profound pain of losing Jenni (RIP), who was our rockstar DMA Director at Lawnline Marketing, which is my passion (aka: job). Every challenge, including accidents, longing for my children, and the silent gaps in my finances, called me to either give up or go deeper. I chose to persist, making intentional choices daily, believing that the most significant strength is not born of ease but of the willingness to sharpen your mental, physical, and spiritual self in the crucible of uncertainty.

For transparency, the only reason I was able to take advantage of this opportunity was because of the unwavering strength of my ex-wife. There is a gift in knowing, with deep peace, the hands your children are being entrusted to. It was her (and her family's) reliability, love for our boys, and ability to create a stable, nurturing environment that gave me the clarity to move forward. The decision didn’t come easily, and it was never without heart, but knowing the boys were safe, loved, and given the best foundation made the leap possible.

If you feel lost, unstable, or alone, know this: it is not a flaw or punishment; it may be the place of greatest growth. The world wants rushing answers, instant peace, quick fixes for pain. But in unstable times, unshakable hope is forged not in what you know, but in the daily decision to rise anyway.

Where do we find the power to make that daily decision?

Scripture Reflection

"You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you." - Isaiah 26:3

Hold fast to this truth: Peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of God in the midst of it.

Journal, Reflect, Pray

Journaling:

Take out a journal today and write honestly about your current experience. Are you feeling unstable or lost? What emotions have you avoided naming (grief, anger, hope, longing)? Invite them onto the page, bringing your internal reality into the gentle light of love.

Prompt: What has this season taught you about your hidden strength? If you could speak with your own soul, what encouragement would you offer?

Reflection:

Consider the place where you feel most alone or uncertain. Instead of avoiding it, gently ask: "What am I learning here?"

Sometimes our deepest transformation begins where we feel most like outsiders.

Prayer:

"God, give me resilience and courage in this wilderness. Remind me that even when I feel far from home, You are my constant companion. Your peace doesn't promise comfort, but it does promise presence. Strengthen me to greet each new day with hope, never surrendering to despair, but trusting that as long as I don't give up, I cannot fail. Amen."

Closing Whisper

You may not have chosen the wilderness or instability, but you do have the power to choose your response. Every day you continue to show up - to reflect, pray, and write the truth on paper - is another day forging endurance and hope. When the world feels unstable, plant your roots deeper in love, truth, and faith.

Never forget: You are not alone, and your resolve carries the seeds of change for others who watch your journey and gather courage, too.

With love and light,

Every word I speak is a weapon of light - sharpened in stillness, forged with intention.
If darkness wants to test that light, let it come.
I've walked through worse fires and came out burning brighter.

My peace isn't negotiable - it's my baseline, and I guard it like it's the hill I'll die on.
Because it is.

I'm here to see this all the way through.

Your Journey Starts Here

Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.

These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.

There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.

Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision.
