Sunday Soul Food: Staying High-Vibration in a Low-Frequency World
Sunday Soul Food is my reminder that even when headlines push fear, we can raise the frequency together. By gathering in love, worship, and practical readiness, we ground our week in hope, keep our vibration high, and remember that eternal souls don’t have to live scared.
“If your thumb has been glued to the news and your heart feels heavier with every scroll, pause right here. Your spirit was never meant to live on a diet of fear - let’s feed it something higher.”
Lately it feels like there is a coordinated push to keep us all locked into fear, outrage, and hopelessness.
News cycles, social media, and even conversations in our own neighborhoods can start to sound like a drumbeat of “worst-case scenario.”
It reminds me of what we talked about in my 09/11 reflection on collective focus: where our attention goes, our energy flows.
If we all stare at fear, we amplify it. If we choose love, we amplify that instead.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
This is not the time to collapse into fear.
This is the time to remember who we are and whose presence we carry.
Remembering We Are Eternal
One reason fear grips so tightly is that it whispers, “This is the end.”
But as eternal souls, we know that our time on earth is only one chapter, not the whole book.
Every single one of us has a “ticket punch” moment coming- our day to leave this world.
Instead of avoiding that truth, we can let it free us: if that day is already known by God, we are released from obsessing over it.
“And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”
1 John 5:11 (NIV)
I don’t have to fear the exit when I know where my soul is going.
My job is to live fully, love deeply, and keep my vibration high while I’m here.
Choosing Unconditional Love as Soul Food
In a low-frequency world, unconditional love is radical nourishment.
It feeds my spirit and quietly starves the agenda of fear.
Keeping my vibration high looks like:
- Speaking kindly to myself, even when I’m disappointed or tired.
- Refusing to dehumanize people who think or vote differently.
- Letting love shape my responses more than headlines do.
- Remembering that every person I meet is an eternal soul, not just a character in my story.
“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.”
1 Peter 4:8 (NIV)
Unconditional love doesn’t mean ignoring evil; it means I won’t let evil decide what kind of person I become.
Grounded, Not Glued to the Screen
I am surrounded by veterans in my current community, and some of them have been in the trenches and know just how ugly the world can be.
Instead of living in fear and being glued to the screen, it is time to get outside, ground myself with Mother Earth, talk to those around me (not in my current community for obvious reasons), and put plans in place for “just in case” scenarios.
High vibration is not disconnection from reality; it is staying calm, present, and spiritually awake in reality.
Wise, loving preparation might look like a backyard conversation with a neighbor, swapping numbers, or asking a veteran what has helped them stay level-headed in crisis.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: if either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”
Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (NIV)
I don’t want to be paralyzed by “what if.”
I want to be the calm, prepared, loving presence who knows what to do if “what if” ever comes.
Sunday Soul Food Prayer
God,
As I step into this new week, my heart feels the pull of the world’s fear and the quiet whisper of Your peace at the same time.
I bring You every headline, every what‑if, and every tight place in my chest that shows me where I’ve been carrying more than I was made to hold.
Thank You that my life is in Your hands, not in the hands of systems, leaders, or circumstances.
Thank You that I am an eternal soul, and that no shaking on this earth can change the home You have prepared for me in Jesus.
Teach me to keep my vibration high in a low‑frequency world.
Help me choose thoughts that agree with Your truth, words that release love instead of fear, and actions that bring peace into every room I enter.
Guard my mind from obsession with worst‑case scenarios, and anchor me in wise, grounded preparation instead of panic.
Show me how to love my community well.
Open doors for real conversations with neighbors, friends, and veterans who carry calm wisdom for difficult times.
Give us practical ideas, unity, and courage so that if storms ever come, we are ready to protect and support one another.
Jesus, be the steady rhythm beneath the noise of this world.
When I’m tempted to doom-scroll, nudge me back into Your presence.
When fear tries to rise, remind me of who You are and who I am in You.
Fill me with Your peace that the world cannot give and cannot take away.
Let this week be marked by a higher frequency of faith, hope, and unconditional love - in my thoughts, my home, my community, and every space I touch.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Sunday Soul Food Rhythm for the Week
To ground the week ahead, I’m keeping it simple and doable:
- Morning Alignment (2-5 minutes).
Before I touch the news, I pray: “God, I give You this day and everything I’ll see. Help me respond from love, not fear.” - One Loving Action (no matter how small).
Each day I choose one concrete act that raises the vibration around me - a kind message, a short prayer for someone, checking on a neighbor, or offering a calm word in a tense moment. - Weekly Community Touch-point.
Once this week, I reach out to one person nearby - a neighbor, a veteran, a friend - and have a real conversation about how we’re doing and how we could support each other if things ever got difficult. - Nightly Release (3 minutes).
Before bed I say: “Anything I picked up today that doesn’t belong to me - fear, heaviness, anxiety - I release it to You, Jesus. Fill me again with Your peace and unconditional love.”
“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
John 14:27 (NIV)
That is my Sunday Soul Food: not denial, not doom-scrolling, but steady, courageous love - high vibration, eternal perspective, and practical, grounded care for the people right in front of me.
With truth, courage, and grace,
Eugene 💘

🎧 Frequency Feature: I'm Getting Ready
“I’m Getting Ready” by Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Nicki Minaj carries the exact energy of this Sunday Soul Food - staying expectant and spiritually prepared while the world tries to spiral into fear. The song’s declaration of breakthrough, preparation, and God’s faithfulness mirrors choosing to lift our vibration, make practical plans, and stand in courageous, collective love instead of letting the noise of the moment dictate our future.

Your Journey Starts Here
Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.
These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.
There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
Remember, this is self-love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision.
