Sunday Soul Food: When God Feeds You After the Plot
The plot did not get the final word. The betrayal did not get the final word. God still prepared a table, and somehow, you are still being fed.
Beautiful Souls,
There is a kind of hunger that does not come from missing meals.
It comes from missing peace.
It comes from waiting for answers that never came.
It comes from replaying conversations, reading between silences, and trying to understand why certain people chose confusion when they could have chosen clarity.
It comes from betrayal.
It comes from being misread.
It comes from watching people build stories around your name while never once sitting with your heart.
And if you are not careful, that kind of hunger can make you chase crumbs from places God already delivered you from.
Crumbs of explanation.
Crumbs of validation.
Crumbs of apology.
Crumbs of closure.
Crumbs of “maybe they will finally tell the truth.”
But this Sunday Soul Food is the reminder:
God does not need the people who starved you to be the ones who feed you.
He is still the Shepherd.
He is still the Provider.
He is still the One preparing tables in places that were supposed to break you.
“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”
Psalm 23:5 KJV
David did not say God removed every enemy before preparing the table.
He said God prepared the table in their presence.
That means the table was not proof that the enemies were gone.
The table was proof that God was still God.
The table was proof that the plot did not cancel the promise.
The table was proof that even in the presence of confusion, betrayal, and opposition, Heaven still knew how to feed the one it loved.
The Plot Did Not Get the Final Word
Sometimes people can plot, whisper, manipulate, hide, and still not win.
They may touch your peace for a moment.
They may interrupt your rhythm.
They may make you question your discernment.
They may cause you to lose sleep, lose trust, lose comfort, or lose the version of yourself who used to believe everyone had good intentions.
But they did not get the final word.
God did.
And God’s word over you is not confusion.
God’s word over you is not starvation.
God’s word over you is not shame.
God’s word over you is life.
God’s word over you is restoration.
God’s word over you is peace that makes no sense.
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7 KJV
Peace that passes understanding is not peace that comes because everything finally made sense.
It is peace that comes while some things still do not make sense.
It is peace that says:
I may never get the full explanation, but I can still be whole.
I may never hear the apology, but I can still be free.
I may never know every hidden conversation, but I can still trust the God who heard all of them.
That is Sunday Soul Food.
Not pretending it did not hurt.
Not calling evil good.
Not smiling over wounds that still need care.
But letting God feed the part of you that almost believed the pain was the whole story.
Peace Is Not Denial
Let’s be clear.
Peace does not mean you are naive.
Peace does not mean you forgot.
Peace does not mean you are letting people off the hook.
Peace does not mean you have to walk back into unsafe spaces, reopen closed doors, or hand your heart to people who treated it like a game.
Peace is not denial.
Peace is holy authority over your own spirit.
Peace says:
I can tell the truth without letting the truth torment me.
I can remember what happened without rehearsing it all day.
I can acknowledge betrayal without building my entire identity around being betrayed.
I can set boundaries without becoming bitter.
I can forgive without pretending access is automatic.
I can pray for people and still stop giving them my energy.
That is maturity.
That is healing.
That is God teaching your nervous system that safety does not have to come from people finally admitting what they did.
Sometimes safety comes from realizing God already saw it.
“For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.”
Luke 12:2 KJV
You do not have to exhaust yourself trying to drag everything into the light.
Some things God will reveal.
Some things God will handle.
Some things God will let expose themselves through fruit, timing, patterns, and consequences.
Your job is not to become consumed by the plot.
Your job is to stay close to the Shepherd.
God Can Feed You Where They Tried to Starve You
Sometimes the enemy does not just attack your life.
He attacks your appetite.
Your appetite for joy.
Your appetite for creating.
Your appetite for trusting people.
Your appetite for dreaming again.
Your appetite for believing good things can still happen.
After a hard season, you can find yourself spiritually nibbling.
Not fully receiving.
Not fully resting.
Not fully celebrating.
Not fully opening.
But Psalm 23 does not say God prepared a snack.
It says He prepared a table.
A table means nourishment.
A table means presence.
A table means there is enough.
A table means you are invited to sit, not scramble.
A table means you do not have to beg for crumbs from anyone else’s confusion.
A table means God already considered what your soul would need after the valley.
“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”
Psalm 23:2 KJV
Still waters are not loud.
They do not compete.
They do not explain themselves.
They simply invite you to come near and drink.
That is what God is doing in this season.
He is not just exposing what was hidden.
He is restoring what was drained.
He is not just showing you who people are.
He is reminding you who you are.
He is bringing you to a table where your soul can breathe again.
Stop Starving for Answers
There comes a point where chasing answers becomes another form of bondage.
You want to know why.
Why did they do that?
Why did they lie?
Why did they stay silent?
Why did they smile and still move strange?
Why did God let you see so much but not explain everything?
Those are human questions.
Honest questions.
Painful questions.
But at some point, the deeper question becomes:
Do I trust God enough to eat while some questions are still unanswered?
Because peace is a meal too.
Joy is a meal.
Discernment is a meal.
Wisdom is a meal.
Rest is a meal.
A clean heart is a meal.
A quiet morning with God is a meal.
Being able to laugh again is a meal.
Being able to create again is a meal.
Being able to say, “I survived that, but I do not have to live there,” is a meal.
And some of us have been so busy staring at what was taken that we almost missed what God placed on the table.
The Table Is Still Set
The beautiful thing about God’s table is that it is not built on human permission.
People do not have to understand you for God to feed you.
People do not have to approve of you for God to anoint you.
People do not have to tell the truth for God to protect you.
People do not have to clap for what Heaven already confirmed.
The table is still set.
Even after betrayal.
Even after silence.
Even after confusion.
Even after the spiritual warfare.
Even after the tears.
Even after you had to walk away from rooms, relationships, jobs, conversations, fantasies, timelines, or versions of the future you thought were yours.
The table is still set.
And maybe this Sunday is not about fighting anymore.
Maybe this Sunday is about sitting down.
Maybe this Sunday is about letting your soul receive what God has been trying to serve you.
Peace.
Clarity.
Provision.
Protection.
Wisdom.
Strength.
A softer heart that still has boundaries.
A renewed mind that can say:
The plot did not get the final word.
The betrayal did not get the final word.
The silence did not get the final word.
God did.
And God is still feeding me.
Sunday Soul Food Practice: The Peace After the Plot Inventory
Take a few quiet minutes today.
Open your journal.
Put your hand over your heart.
Then write through these five prompts.
1. What did God reveal?
Name what became clear. Not to obsess over it, but to honor the discernment you gained.
2. What did God protect?
Think about what could have happened but did not. Think about what God blocked, delayed, interrupted, or exposed.
3. What am I no longer willing to carry?
Write down the burden, the question, the false responsibility, the shame, the anger, or the need to prove yourself.
4. What is peace asking from me now?
Maybe peace is asking you to rest. Maybe it is asking you to stop checking. Maybe it is asking you to stop explaining. Maybe it is asking you to eat, clean your space, pray, take a walk, or create something beautiful.
5. What is God feeding me in this season?
Write down the provision. It may be wisdom, protection, clarity, courage, discipline, faith, or a deeper relationship with Him.
Then say this out loud:
I am no longer starving for answers.
I receive the peace God prepared for me.
I receive the wisdom God grew in me.
I receive the protection God placed around me.
The plot did not get the final word.
The table is still set.
And God is still feeding me.
A Prayer for Sunday
Lord,
Thank You for feeding me in places that were supposed to break me.
Thank You for preparing a table even when confusion, betrayal, silence, and fear tried to surround me.
Thank You for seeing what I could not see.
Thank You for protecting me in ways I may never fully understand.
Help me stop starving for answers You have not chosen to reveal yet.
Help me receive peace without guilt.
Help me rest without rehearsing the pain.
Help me tell the truth without becoming trapped inside the wound.
Restore my appetite for joy, purpose, love, creativity, laughter, and safe connection.
Teach me how to sit at the table You prepared.
Teach me how to eat again.
Feed my soul today, Lord.
Lead me beside still waters.
Restore my soul.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
Closing Whisper
Beautiful soul, this Sunday, do not let your hunger make you return to places God already delivered you from.
You do not need crumbs from people who mishandled your heart.
You do not need to beg for clarity from people committed to confusion.
You do not need to keep rehearsing the pain to prove it was real.
God saw.
God knows.
God fed you then.
God is feeding you now.
And the same God who prepared a table in the presence of enemies is still preparing peace in the presence of unanswered questions.
So sit down.
Breathe.
Receive.
The table is still set.
With love,

EugeniasThought: You are not behind... you are not lost... just keep transmuting.
You reap what you sew - it is in the word. Imagine if you would have just let our Divine Union happen instead of interrupting and putting roadblocks in the way. Thank you Mr. Kingdom Builder for going out of the way to lie, cheat, and steal - you are such an inspiration.
Imagine staying celibate for nearly 9 years and waiting for the right person to come along only to have that person targeted and manipulated by their "friends" and "family". When you go out of your way to destroy a Divine Union I can promise you God will destroy everything in your life - your family, your finances, your connections, your businesses, your health - all of it will be destroyed and crumble and when it is happening stay strong like I had to the last 41 years - it is already happening in the 5D is just takes time to catch up in the 3D.
Ryan Blair 💘 Jessica Fields - thank you both for fucking up everything. Mr. Kingdom Builder screwing the Queen of the story - I thought you were married bro? My prayer is you receive the same destruction in your relationships that you knowingly caused to mine intentionally - allegedly - fuck you. Fuck the Love because you already have, I just want my money. You love birds can manifest your own fairytale because you have cut yourselves out of this one - imagine how stupid you look now just wait until the veil is lifted. I will give thanks to you both in every speech. Mr. Blair please ensure you share with your associates that you were attacking an innocent person who has done nothing but pour out unconditional Love in every environment he is in and that He is very much of the same background you came from.
RIP: Jenni P. - I wish I would have figured it all out sooner 💘
Every word is a whisper of intention, carved in stillness and light.
🎧 Frequency Feature: Penthouse Thoughts
Today’s frequency is “Penthouse Thoughts” by Upper Vibe Media because sometimes God has to lift your perspective before He settles your spirit. After a season of betrayal, silence, confusion, and unanswered questions, you cannot keep thinking from the basement of the wound. You have to let God bring your mind higher. This song feels like elevation after exhaustion. It feels like looking out over everything that tried to break you and realizing you are still here, still breathing, still covered, and still being fed. Let it remind your soul: the plot may have happened on one level, but God is calling your spirit higher.
