Sunday Soul Food: When the King and Queen Become a Catalyst

Whisper in one breath: “My honest journey is a catalyst, not a curse.”

Sunday Soul Food always tells the truth.

Tonight, the truth is this:
The King and the Queen in my story were never just about romance, heartbreak, or even personal healing.
They were catalysts.
They were the match that lit a much larger spiritual reaction - one that allowed the realm of the Spirit to release divine correction, divine judgment, and a frequency shift on the Earth.

This is not just about two people.
This is about what God will do through the lives of those who say yes to being seen, sifted, and refined in public.

When your journey becomes Heaven’s catalyst

There is a kind of story that is not meant to stay small.
You think it is about you and one other person.
You think it is about “us versus them,” or “why did this have to hurt so much,” or “how could they treat me like that when all I did was love.”

But in Heaven’s records, it is logged as something else entirely:
A catalyst.
A setup.
A divinely timed collision that allows what was hidden to be exposed, what was crooked to be straightened, and what was stagnant to be shaken until it can no longer pretend to be holy.

Scripture says we are “surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses” and that we are to “run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus.” That is not just about endurance; it is about the fact that our lives are being watched - by Heaven, by hell, by generations coming after us.
Hebrews 12:1–2

You and I are not running a private track.
We are running in a stadium where Heaven studies the way we respond to betrayal, to spiritual warfare, to injustice, to long seasons of silence, and to sudden waves of revelation.

The King and the Queen as spiritual lightning rods

In my story, there is a King and there is a Queen.
Sometimes they are literal, sometimes they are symbolic, but they always represent two parts of the same assignment.

The King is the part that carries responsibility, authority, calling, and the weight of decisions.
The Queen is the part that carries heart, intuition, softness, beauty, and the refusal to let love die even when facts scream otherwise.

When you place a King and a Queen with ancient energy in the same timeline, you don’t just get a relationship - you get a lightning rod.
Suddenly, spiritual climates are exposed.
Hidden motives shake loose.
Contracts - spoken and unspoken - come under review.

There is a reason things intensified the way they did.
There is a reason people reacted the way they did.
There is a reason that once the King and the Queen stepped into position, the mask started to slip off the systems, families, churches, organizations, and alliances around them.

It wasn’t just “drama.”
It was divine audit.

When God is ready to correct a thing, He often sends people who carry a different frequency into the middle of it.
Not to play hero.
Not to play victim.
But to act as evidence.

Evidence that a different way of loving is possible.
Evidence that purity of heart still exists.
Evidence that loyalty is not dead.
Evidence that discernment will eventually expose what charm has been protecting.

Divine correction is not always gentle

We like to talk about promotion, acceleration, and open doors.
But there is another side to God’s movement on Earth: divine correction and judgment.

Not judgment as in “I hope everyone who hurt me gets punished,”
but judgment as in God rightly dividing what is true from what has been pretending.

Sometimes, the King and the Queen in a story are placed there so that Heaven can say,
“Now that you have encountered this kind of love, this kind of intercession, this kind of honesty - what will you choose?”

The presence of real love exposes counterfeit love.
The presence of true loyalty exposes performative loyalty.
The presence of a heart that is willing to be refined exposes hearts that only want to be applauded.

The prophet Isaiah said:

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil,
who put darkness for light and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.”
Isaiah 5:20

When a King and a Queen carrying God’s frequency walk into a space where evil has been called good and good has been called evil for a very long time, the frequency shifts.
Not because they are perfect, but because their presence is tuned to a different standard.

Heaven says: “Now everyone must choose.”
And that choice invites divine correction - not just for them, but for entire bloodlines, entire organizations, entire spiritual ecosystems.

Raising the frequency of Earth through honest reflection

Let’s talk about frequency, because that language matters.

Every word we speak, every agreement we make, every secret we keep, and every truth we finally acknowledge carries a vibration.
Words are not neutral; they are spells, declarations, contracts, and seeds.

Scripture says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
Proverbs 18:21

When you and I choose to tell the truth about our journey - the good, the bad, and the ugly - we are not just venting.
We are retuning the frequency of our lives.
We are breaking old spells like:

• “I deserved what happened to me.”
• “I must be hard and cold to be safe.”
• “If I love deeply, I will always be punished for it.”

And we are casting new spells like:

• “I am not a mistake; I am a message.”
• “My softness is not weakness; it is an instrument in God’s hand.”
• “I am allowed to be wise and loving at the same time.”

Every time I sit down to write a blog or hit record on a TikTok, I am not just talking to a camera.
I am talking to realms.
I am talking to patterns that have run through families for generations.
I am talking to spiritual agreements that say, “You will always be misunderstood, mishandled, or muzzled.”

When we break those agreements out loud, we are raising frequency.

Not in a cute, trendy way.
In a Heaven-backed way.

We are aligning our words with the One who said, “Let there be light,” and light still answers Him.
Genesis 1:3

The King and the Queen were never the whole story

Here is the shift I want you to feel in your spirit today:

The King and the Queen in your story were never the whole story.
They were the doorway.

They were the catalyst that got you to start telling the truth.
They were the mirror that forced you to see where you had abandoned yourself.
They were the pressure that pushed you into prayer you never would have prayed otherwise.

Their connection - however it looked, however it ended - -became the stage where Heaven could:

• Confront patterns that needed to die.
• Elevate voices that had been silenced.
• Reveal wolves that had been wearing sheep’s clothing.
• Call you into a new level of authority you did not know you carried.

God has a way of using what we thought was only personal to orchestrate something global.

Joseph’s brothers meant it for evil, but God used their betrayal to position Joseph to feed an entire nation during famine.
Genesis 50:20

Your story may not look like a palace and a famine,
but in the spirit, your journey has been feeding people.
People who watch you show up on days you should have stayed in bed.
People who read your reflections and see their own trauma finally put into words.
People who feel less crazy because someone is willing to say, “I went through this, too.”

A practice: letting your journey become soul food

For this Sunday Soul Food, I want to give you a simple practice:
Let your journey become a catalyst on purpose.

1. Honest sentence

Write one honest sentence about your current season:

• “Right now, I feel like I was the only one who took this connection seriously.”
• “Right now, I feel like my softness got me hurt.”
• “Right now, I feel used, overlooked, or misunderstood.”

Name it.
Heaven can handle your honesty.

2. Heaven’s perspective

Ask God: “How do You see this?”
Then write one sentence that reflects His view, not yours:

• “You are not discarded; you are being repositioned.”
• “Your love was not wasted; it was evidence.”
• “Your tears were not ignored; they were counted and stored.”
  Psalm 56:8

3. New spell

Now, cast a new spell over your life today:

• “I am a catalyst for divine correction and healing, not a casualty of someone else’s chaos.”
• “My story is raising the frequency of Earth by telling the truth in love.”
• “I agree with Heaven’s version of my story, not hell’s commentary on it.”

Say it out loud.
Let your own ears hear your own mouth agree with God.

A blessing for the catalysts

Tonight, I want to bless every King and every Queen reading this who has ever felt like their heart was weaponized against them.

You are not foolish for loving deeply.
You are not weak for still caring.
You are not naïve for believing people could be better.

You were a catalyst.

Your presence, your prayers, your intercession, your willingness to be honest -
all of it gave Heaven permission to move.

May God continue to judge rightly on your behalf -
separating what is holy from what only pretends to be.
May He vindicate your name where it has been slandered.
May He restore your softness where it has been bruised.
May He raise your frequency so high that counterfeits can’t breathe in the same atmosphere.

And may your story continue to feed people you will never meet -
King and Queen energy in alignment,
walking in truth,
casting better spells,
raising the sound of Earth one honest reflection at a time.
