The Frequency of Faith: Trusting the Process & Rebuilding Your Life
In the humbling quiet of starting over, I learned that faith isn’t about seeing the path - it’s about trusting the steps you take today to build the life you can’t yet see.

Faith isn’t always a roar.
Sometimes it’s a steady hum beneath the noise - a quiet signal that you can only hear when you slow down enough to listen.
I learned that hum in the quietest, most humbling chapter of my life.
From Collapse to Clarity
After my divorce in 2016, everything I thought defined me collapsed in a matter of months.
The two businesses I had poured my heart into were gone.
My income - gone.
The future I thought was set in stone dissolved overnight.
I went from living in abundance to earning $12.50 an hour. From having access to anything I wanted, to surviving on a $500 monthly stipend for “essentials.” I was back under my mom’s roof, sleeping in my niece’s pink princess bedroom - the walls covered in pastel flowers, a glittering crown printed on the bedspread, the faint scent of bubblegum shampoo on the pillowcase.
The air in the room was sweet but heavy. Everything I owned fit into two bags on the floor. My world felt unbearably small.
It was a room made for fairy tales, yet it felt like exile.
The Whisper That Kept Me Moving
That was the moment I could have leaned into the “poor pitiful me” story. I could have let bitterness convince me this was the end.
But somewhere beneath the humiliation and exhaustion, I felt something deeper - a truth I couldn’t shake.
I knew, in the marrow of my bones, that my soul was something rare in this lost world. I didn’t know how I would rebuild. I didn’t know what the next chapter would look like. But I believed, somehow, that this wasn’t the end.
That belief didn’t come as unshakable confidence. It came as a whisper:
Keep pushing, even when you can’t see the path ahead.
Small Actions, Solid Foundations
Here’s the thing about faith: it’s not about controlling the outcome. It’s about controlling your actions today.
I stopped obsessing over the horizon and started focusing on what I could do now.
I began making my bed every morning.
I started journaling daily - scribbling out fears, hopes, gratitude, and reminders to keep going.
At the time, these acts felt almost laughably small compared to the problems I faced. But now, I know they were the bricks in the foundation of my new life.
Making my bed gave me proof I could still create order in the middle of chaos.
Journaling gave me space to process my emotions so they didn’t drown me.
What Is the Frequency of Faith?
To me, the frequency of faith is like tuning a radio. The station is always broadcasting, but you have to turn the dial until you catch it.
Some days, the signal is strong and clear. Other days, it’s faint - a soft hum you have to strain to hear.
Fear has a frequency too. It’s louder, urgent, and full of static. It tells you everything that could go wrong and demands you stay frozen. I’d tuned into that station before. It only ever left me stuck.
Faith is different. Faith tells you to take the step you can take today, even if you can’t see where the road leads. Faith trusts that the act of stepping is what builds the road.
How to Practice Faith When You Can’t See the Outcome
If you’re in your own “pink princess bed” moment right now - stripped of what you thought was yours, unsure of the next chapter - here’s how to start tuning into the frequency of faith:
- Focus on controllable actions. Ask yourself: What can I do today that moves me forward, even one inch?
- Anchor your mornings. Make your bed. Write a page. Take a walk. Give your day a grounded start. (write a blog! 😄)
- Document the small wins. They’re proof that your steps matter, even when results aren’t visible yet.
- Stay consistent. The path forms under your feet only when you keep moving.
Your Voice Matters
During my own rebuilding season, one truth became impossible to ignore - speaking your truth is an act of faith. Every time you voice your inner knowing, you’re aligning with the frequency that will carry you forward.
That’s why I created the Eugenia’s Essentials: Speak Your Truth Collection - a selection of meaningful, soul-led pieces designed to remind you, daily, that your voice matters. Whether you’re in the middle of a storm or standing in the calm after, these reminders help keep you tuned to what’s real and right for you.
The Invitation
Stop fixating on the outcome.
Stop trying to leap ahead to the finish line in your mind.
Instead, choose one small, ordinary action today that you can be proud of tomorrow.
Maybe that’s making your bed.
Maybe it’s writing down three things you’re grateful for.
Maybe it’s finally speaking a truth you’ve been holding back.
Those small actions may feel insignificant now, but they are the scaffolding for a life you can only dream of today.
That’s the frequency of faith.
And you can tune into it anytime.
We’re not just building a brand - we’re building a soul movement.
Love,
-Eugenia
