For the past decade, my journey has been a deep dive into healing and self-discovery. Much of that work has been conducted in silence - not because I had anything to hide, but because the most powerful construction happens beneath the visible surface. As King David wrote, the Lord "makes my feet like the feet of a deer and sets me upon my high places." (Psalm 18:33). This ascent is always quiet.

When this profound truth is fully integrated into your heart and mind, your physical reality has no choice but to shift and eventually catch up.

I want to talk about Alex and Leila Hormozi because they are living proof of this principle, albeit in the world of business. I followed Alex immediately because I saw him transmuting the love that he has for Leila into an empire, and I have been doing the same in silence. That partnership, built on radical truth and value, resonated deeply with my own quiet journey, mirroring the internal partnership I was building between my human self and my Divine Self.

The Privilege of Defining Your Rules

What drew me to Alex - and what still resonates - is the undeniable feeling that he is speaking truth and that he genuinely doesn't care what anyone else thinks of him.

In the spiritual realm, just as in the business world, this is the privilege of a leader: You get to define the rules of whatever it is you are doing. The Hormozis didn't follow the market; they created their own. (Just as Lawnline Marketing has done -we set the pace for the industry - demonstrating the power of moving from a place of self-defined truth.) This radical self-trust is a visible manifestation of a profound inner alignment. "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7).

If you are deeply aligned with the voice of your soul, you stop feeling the need to copy external templates for happiness or success. You become the leader of your own life, defining your unique rules for peace. As Paul teaches, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind." (Romans 12:2).

The Construction of Mind, Body, and Soul

Over the years, I have been quietly sharpening my mind, body, and soul, holding onto a truth I knew would manifest. I knew that if I kept to myself in mind, body, and spirit and reflected inward, I would eventually be able to wield that energy intentionally. This certainty felt like a spiritual echo of my youth: my eyes healed themselves when I was younger, and I knew that same innate, Divine mechanism for self-correction was present in my soul. "Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?" (1 Corinthians 3:16).

I didn't know the how or any of the details, but I continuously leaned not on my understanding but on following God's Whisper. This is the ultimate wisdom: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6).

The Invitation to Quiet Work

The success you see in the world is simply validation for the work you do in private. "But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you." (Matthew 6:6).

"Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain." (Psalm 127:1).

Do not mistake quietness for inaction. Your peace is your profit, and your stillness is your foundation. When you stop chasing external validation and start building the blueprint in your soul, your reality will shift with undeniable force.

Your transformation is inevitable because your intention has been set.

A Practice for Reclaiming Your Divine Self: The “I AM” Anchor

To move out of the doing phase and fully into the Allowing Phase, you must quiet the noise of the mind and anchor yourself in the certainty of your Divine nature.
This is the truth Paul points to when he asks:

“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?”
(1 Corinthians 3:16)

Use this practice daily to align your breath with this unshakeable truth.

1. Be Still
Find a quiet space and take a comfortable seated position. Gently close your eyes.

2. Anchor the Breath
For two minutes, focus only on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, counting to four, and exhale completely, counting to six.
Let your breath become the physical anchor for the present moment.

3. The “I AM” Declaration
After two minutes, begin the affirmation silently while maintaining your deep, rhythmic breathing.
On the inhale, say within: “I Am.”
On the exhale, say within: “God’s.”

4. Remember
Your soul is the program, and your body is the vessel.
You are not separate from the Divine source that animates you - you are its living expression.

5. Embrace the Knowing
Continue this “I Am God’s” cycle for five to ten minutes. When thoughts of worry or external circumstances arise, gently guide your awareness back to your breath and the declaration.

This simple act of being still (Psalm 46:10) and anchoring in your Source-given identity is the quiet work that builds your greatest empire.
