Truth‑Telling Tuesday: When Your Heart Knows Before Your Head Understands

Sometimes your heart knows before your head understands. This Truth Telling Tuesday asks you to follow that knowing, rewrite the spells you speak over your life, and take baby steps out of spiritual captivity into love, safety, and abundance.

Beautiful souls,

Today’s truth is simple and hard all at once:

Sometimes your heart knows long before your head understands.
And following it can feel like walking blindfolded through a wilderness.

We live in a world that worships logic and instant clarity.
But the Spirit often leads through quiet nudges, strange timing, and choices that don’t make sense on paper yet.

When your heart says “go” and your mind screams “this makes no sense”

There are moments when your heart pulls you toward a person, a path, or a decision you cannot fully explain.

You don’t have the whole map.
You don’t know how the story ends.
You don’t have a ten‑year plan pinned to the vision board.

What you have is a knowing.

A whisper.

A peace that does not match the chaos around you.

And that is where it gets uncomfortable - because truth‑telling is not just about what you say out loud.
It’s about whether you are willing to live honestly with what your own soul already knows, even when it is hard and you do not understand.

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.”
Psalm 34:18 KJV

If your heart is broken and still somehow pulling you toward obedience, God is closer than you think.

Words are spells: what are you casting over your life?

There is another truth we have to name today:

Words are spells.

You may not stand over a cauldron, but every sentence you speak over your life is planting something.
Every “I am” is an incantation.
Every “nothing ever works out for me” is a curse you’ve agreed to.
Every “I am loved, I am growing, God is with me” is a blessing you are partnering with.

Scripture has been telling us this from the beginning:

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
Proverbs 18:21 KJV

Your words can agree with:

  • love or fear
  • abundance or scarcity
  • truth or lies
  • healing or harm

You cannot always control what happened to you.
But you can decide what you keep rehearsing.
You can decide what you prophesy over your own future.

If you keep speaking in the language of lies, cheating, and stealing -
if every conversation is about betrayal, lack, gossip, and what might go wrong -
you are re‑casting the very spells you are trying to break.

This does not mean you have to pretend the pain did not happen.
It means you stop letting the wound write every sentence of your story.

You do not have to be perfect today

Here is another piece of truth we need to breathe in:

You do not have to be perfect today.

You do not need a five‑year plan or a fully healed nervous system by next Tuesday.
You do not need to know exactly what your life will look like in ten years.
You do not need to have every boundary, every relationship, and every emotion figured out.

You need one thing: a baby step in the right direction.

Healing is rarely a leap.
It is a series of tiny, stubborn choices to move one degree closer to love, one breath closer to honesty, one word closer to blessing instead of cursing.

Baby steps still move you.
One degree of shift, repeated over time, eventually turns you in a completely new direction.

Today’s truth:
You are allowed to take one small step and call that holy.

Wilderness truth: healing after warfare

I have been in a wilderness season.

Not the aesthetic, quiet‑cabin‑with‑tea version.
The one where you look around and realize the last battle almost took you out.

The one where you are healing from the most recent warfare you had to walk through -
not just to save yourself,
but praying that if everything worked out the way you hoped,
it would also provide protection for the person you cared about.

There are details I will not put on the internet - believe it or not.
Names I will not speak.
Stories that are still too tender to narrate.

But I can tell you this truth:

I did what I could with what I knew.
I fought the way I knew how.
I broke cycles I never should have had to hold.
And now, in the wilderness that follows, my only clear prayer is this:

“God, let everyone be safe. Cover those who turn to You. Protect their minds, their bodies, their spirits, their homes.”

Sometimes that’s all you have.
Not a revenge plan.
Not a perfect resolution.
Just a plea for safety and mercy over everybody involved.

And in that place, following your heart looks like surrender:
releasing the need to be understood
and trusting that God saw what you carried, even when nobody else did.

“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
Isaiah 43:19 KJV

Even here, in the in‑between, God is already making a way you cannot yet see.

Truth‑Telling Tuesday practice: baby steps and better spells

Tonight, before you scroll yourself numb, take a few minutes with this:

1. Name the hard heart‑truth you’ve been avoiding.
Finish this sentence in your journal:
“Deep down, my heart already knows that…”

Let it be messy. Let it be honest. Let it be incomplete. That is still truth.

2. Audit your spells.
Write down three sentences you catch yourself saying about your life, love, money, or calling.
Ask: “Would I want this to be a spell over someone I love?”
If not, rewrite it in the language of love and abundance.

Example:

  • “Nothing ever works out for me” → “God has not wasted a single thing I’ve walked through; He is still working all things together for my good.”
  • “I’m so stupid for trusting” → “I am someone who loves deeply. With God’s help, I’m learning to pair my big heart with wise discernment.”

3. Choose one baby step.
Not ten. One.

  • One boundary you will honor tomorrow.
  • One loving sentence you will speak over yourself in the mirror.
  • One task you will complete instead of spiraling.
  • One phone call or text you won’t send because it would only reopen the wound.

Write it down. Do that. Let it be enough for today.

4. Pray for safety instead of outcomes.
If you are in your own wilderness, pray this with me:

“God, I release the need to control how this ends. I ask You for safety - for me, for the one I care about, and for everyone touched by this story. Cover those who turn to You. Guide us out of the wilderness and into wisdom.”

That prayer counts as progress.

A whisper for your heart

Beautiful soul, here is the truth you can carry into tomorrow:

You do not have to understand everything to follow the nudge God keeps placing in your heart.
You do not have to speak perfectly to start changing the spells you cast over your life.
You do not have to take giant leaps to leave the wilderness -
you just have to keep taking baby steps toward love, honesty, and abundance.

One honest word.
One kinder sentence.
One small act of alignment.

That is Truth‑Telling Tuesday.

With love and sacred rhythm,

🎧 Frequency Feature: Awakened

“Today’s frequency is ‘AWAKENED’ by Shift to Abundance because it sounds like exactly what Truth‑Telling Tuesday is asking of us - waking up to what our heart already knows and refusing to keep casting curses over our own life. The lyrics talk about seeing through the lies, breaking old scripts, and choosing a higher frequency even when it hurts, which mirrors this wilderness season of following God’s whisper without having all the answers. Let this song be a soundtrack while you rewrite your spells tonight, replacing words of fear, lack, and betrayal with declarations of love, protection, and abundance that match the new level God is calling you into.

Your Journey Starts Here

Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.

These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.

There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.

Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision.
