Truth-Telling Tuesday: Why I Write - Alignment, Transmutation, and the Whisper Within

One of the truest reasons I write this blog is to keep my heart, mind, and soul aligned in faith. Truth-Telling Tuesday on the holy work of transmuting your emotions, listening to the whisper within, and refusing to make a single move until Heaven moves first. πŸ‘‘πŸ•ŠοΈ

Truth-Telling Tuesday: Why I Write - Alignment, Transmutation, and the Whisper Within
Heart aligned. Pen still. Bible open. Violin near. Dove waiting. This is what listening looks like. πŸ•ŠοΈπŸŽ»

Whisper:
"Sit down, beloved. Open the page. Pick up the pen. This is not just writing - this is realignment. Every word you put down is a tuning fork striking against your spirit until your heart, mind, and soul vibrate at the same frequency I tuned into you before time began. Do not skip this part. The whisper is in the writing."

Beautiful Beloved Souls,

Let me tell you a truth I do not say out loud often enough.

One of the deepest reasons I write this blog is not for you.

It is for me.

I write because writing keeps my heart, mind, and soul in alignment in faith. I write because when I sit at this page, I cannot lie to myself the way I can in conversation. I write because the page is one of the few rooms in my life where God and I get to be alone long enough for me to hear what He has been trying to whisper underneath the noise of everyone else's voice.

Yes - I write for you, too. Of course I do. I love every soul who shows up here.

But the primary reason I write is because writing is how I stay aligned to the One who anointed me. It is how I take whatever I am feeling - grief, frustration, confusion, joy, ache, fire, even the things I do not yet have words for - and transmute it into something Heaven can use.

Today's Truth-Telling Tuesday is about that holy practice.

It is about staying aligned. Transmuting emotions. And listening to the whisper within when the road in front of you stops making sense.

Because the truth most people will not tell you is this:

The loudest part of life is not where God's voice usually lives.

Movement #1: Why I Write - Alignment Is The Real Assignment

A lot of people think I write because I am gifted, or because I have a message, or because I have a brand. Those are surface-level reasons. They are not wrong - but they are not the truest answer.

The truest answer is this: I write because if I do not, I drift.

When I do not write, my heart starts to harden in places I cannot feel until something pricks them. My mind starts to rehearse storylines that are not mine to keep replaying. My soul starts to lean on my own understanding instead of leaning into the One who anointed me. The whole system goes out of tune.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
Proverbs 3:5–6, NIV
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."
Matthew 22:37, NIV

Notice that Jesus did not say love God with most of your heart, most of your mind, most of your soul. He said all. That word all is not a number - it is an alignment. Heart, mind, and soul vibrating at the same frequency. Three instruments tuned to the same note. Three rooms in the same house lit by the same lamp.

Writing is one of the practices that keeps me tuned.

Sometimes it is a blog post.
Sometimes it is a journal entry no one will ever read.
Sometimes it is a sticky note on my dashboard.
Sometimes it is a prayer in my notes app at 2 AM.

But whatever the container, the function is the same: I am pulling the noise out of my chest, putting it on paper, and asking Heaven, "What is true under all of this?"

That is not creative work.

That is alignment work.

And alignment is the real assignment.

Movement #2: Transmute, Don't Suppress

Here is where Truth-Telling Tuesday earns its name.

The world has two main scripts for handling hard emotions, and both of them are spiritually exhausting:

  1. Suppress it. Bury it. Push through. "I'm fine." Smile, perform, function, repeat.
  2. Spill it. Vent it everywhere. Post it. Text it. Drag it. Rehearse it until everyone you know is tired of hearing it.

There is a third way. A holy one.

Transmute it.

Transmutation is not denial. Transmutation is not avoidance. Transmutation is not pretending the emotion was not real, justified, or earth-rocking. Transmutation is the spiritual discipline of taking what you feel and handing it to Heaven before you let it move your feet.

"In your anger do not sin. Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold."
Ephesians 4:26–27, NIV
"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
1 Peter 5:7, NIV
"Be still, and know that I am God."
Psalm 46:10, NIV

Notice the pattern. Scripture never tells you to deny what you feel. It tells you to do something specific with it. Cast it. Hand it over. Sit still until the noise quiets. Refuse to let the feeling drive the car.

That is transmutation.

I sit at the page and I write the feeling out of my body and into the hands of God. Sometimes that looks like a paragraph. Sometimes it looks like four pages I will never publish. Sometimes it looks like "Lord, I am furious and I do not even know who I am furious at. Will You sit with me until I do?"

Every time I write the feeling out instead of acting on it, Heaven hands me back something I could not have produced on my own - clarity, mercy, wisdom, peace, a softer way to say a hard thing.

That exchange is transmutation.

And it is one of the most quietly powerful spiritual disciplines you can build.

Movement #3: The Whisper Within

Here is the truth I want every beautiful soul reading this to hear with both hands cupped around it:

God does not usually shout.

The most consistent biblical pattern of Heaven's voice is not thunder. It is not crowds. It is not viral signs and wonders.

It is a whisper.

"After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave."
1 Kings 19:11–13, NIV
"My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me."
John 10:27, NIV
"Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'"
Isaiah 30:21, NIV

Elijah had just watched fire fall from Heaven on Mount Carmel. He had every reason to expect God to keep speaking through spectacle. Instead, God showed up in a gentle whisper. So gentle that if Elijah had been busy, distracted, posting, performing, or panicking - he would have missed it entirely.

You have a whisper within you, too.

It is the quiet "don't," the soft "wait," the unexplained "yes," the inexplicable "go home a different way." It is the gut-check that does not have data to back it up but cannot be ignored without consequence. It is the still small voice that has been with you since before you knew His name - the original frequency Heaven tuned into your bones.

But here is the catch:

You can only hear the whisper when you are aligned enough to listen.

If your heart is hard, you will not feel it.
If your mind is racing, you will not catch it.
If your soul is leaking from un-transmuted emotion, you will not register it.

That is why writing matters. That is why alignment matters. That is why transmutation matters. They are the practices that get you quiet enough to hear the whisper before you need to obey it.

Movement #4: When You Are Unsure Where To Turn - Do Not Move Until The Whisper Does

There is a season of life almost every chosen and beloved soul will walk through where the road forks and the map runs out.

You will not know whether to stay or leave.
You will not know whether to speak or stay silent.
You will not know whether to forgive again or finally release.
You will not know whether the door is opening or closing.

Beautiful soul - when you do not know what to do, the worst thing you can do is move anyway.

"In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength."
Isaiah 30:15, NIV
"Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."
Psalm 27:14, NIV
"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."
Exodus 14:14, NIV

Do not let panic move your feet.
Do not let pride move your feet.
Do not let other people's opinions move your feet.
Do not let the loudest voice in the room move your feet.

Only the whisper gets to move your feet.

If the whisper has not whispered yet - stay still. Stillness is not laziness. Stillness is not avoidance. Stillness is obedience to a God who has not yet finished speaking. And every chosen and beloved soul I have ever known who learned this lesson the hard way will tell you the same thing: the moves they made out of not waiting cost them more than the moves they delayed by waiting too long.

When you are unsure where to turn, sit at the page. Open the Bible. Light the candle. Pour the tea. Pick up the pen. Write the noise out of your chest until the whisper has room to land.

And when it lands - obey it the first time.

That is what alignment, transmutation, and the whisper within are for.

FREQUENCY FEATURE 🎢

🎡 "We Belong Together" - Dominique Hammons

Today's frequency is for the chosen and beloved who are remembering - quietly, intimately, unmistakably - that they have always belonged to the One whose whisper they have been chasing.

Some songs preach. Some songs perform. "We Belong Together" by Dominique Hammons does neither - it converses. The violin alone could carry an entire sermon, but what makes this piece a true Truth-Telling Tuesday frequency is the way it slips underneath the noise of your mind and settles in the deepest room of your spirit: the one Heaven has always called home. Dominique plays the way prayer sounds when you finally stop performing for God and just sit with Him. Every bowed note feels like a sentence the Father has been wanting to finish with you for years.

This is what alignment sounds like when it stops being theoretical.

Beloved, the truth most spiritual content will not tell you is this: you cannot transmute what you feel, and you cannot hear the whisper within, unless your spirit remembers who it belongs to first. Belonging is the soil that alignment grows in. You were not designed to be picked up and put down by every season, every voice, every storyline that tried to claim you. You were designed for covenant"We belong together" is not a romantic line - it is the entire posture of a soul that has finally come home to the Shepherd who has been whispering to him/her since before time began.

"For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ…"
Ephesians 1:4–5, NIV
"I have called you by name; you are mine."
Isaiah 43:1, NIV
"My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me."
John 10:27, NIV

Listen carefully when Dominique's bow rises and lingers on certain phrases - that lift, that hold, that quiet ache before the resolution - that is exactly how the whisper within feels when it finally lands in your spirit. Not loud. Not flashy. Not dramatic. Just unmistakable. The kind of sound that interrupts your scrolling, slows your breathing, and makes you put down whatever you were holding because something deeper than you remembered something more eternal than you have words for.

That is the frequency of belonging.

That is the frequency of alignment.

That is the frequency of the whisper within.

So press play, beautiful soul. Light the candle. Pull the chair close to the desk. Open the journal. Lay the pen down for a minute and just listen. Let Dominique's violin be the soundtrack of your stillness tonight. Let it be the metronome your heart, mind, and soul tune themselves back to. And as you write the noise out of your chest and into Heaven's hands, let the music remind you of the only sentence that needs to land before you make another move this week:

You belong to Him. And He belongs to you. And nothing in this season, this storyline, or this storm has ever been strong enough to change that.*

Press play. Sit still. Listen. Remember who you belong to. Then - and only then - move. πŸŽ»πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ‘‘

So here is your Truth-Telling Tuesday, beautiful souls:

  • Write to stay aligned, not just to be read.
  • Transmute what you feel - do not suppress it, do not spill it. Hand it to Heaven.
  • Listen for the whisper. It is always speaking. The question is whether you are quiet enough to catch it.
  • When the road is unclear, do not move until the whisper does.

The blog you are reading right now is not a performance. It is a discipline. It is one of the ways I keep my heart, mind, and soul tethered to the One who anointed me. And the same God who meets me at this page is the same God meeting you wherever you are reading this from - your kitchen, your car, your office, your bed at midnight, your hospital chair, your hardest week, your softest morning.

He is whispering right now.

Get quiet enough to catch it.

Then write it down so you do not forget.

That is alignment.
That is transmutation.
That is the whisper within.

And that is the truth I had to tell today. πŸ‘‘πŸ•ŠοΈ

Whisper:
"Sit with Me, beloved. Long enough to hear what no one else has been able to tell you. The world will offer you a thousand voices today - loud ones, urgent ones, persuasive ones, even spiritual-sounding ones. But the only Voice that ever truly belonged in the center of your life is the one already whispering right now. Write what you feel. Transmute what you cannot carry. Hand Me the rest. And when the path forks and the map runs out, do not panic - wait. I am not slow. I am precise. The whisper is coming. And when it does, it will be unmistakable. You will know it the way a sheep knows its Shepherd. Until then - be still. Be aligned. Be tuned. Be Mine. The next step is always Mine to whisper first."

Your Journey Starts Here

Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.

These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.

There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.

Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision. When people stop messing around we shall continue... just hold the Faith and keep the Vision.
