Monday Morning Grace: Keep Moving Forward Through the Questions
When life leaves questions unanswered, I can still choose faith over fear. This Monday Morning Grace reflection is a reminder to protect my peace, release what I cannot control, and keep moving forward with consistency, conviction, and trust in God’s timing.
I may not have every answer this morning, but I can meet today’s grace with faith, conviction, and the courage to keep moving forward.
Beautiful Souls,
I am walking into this Monday with unanswered questions.
Questions about a previous season. Questions about people I once believed would be part of my life. Questions about why some connections changed, why certain people allowed confusion to stand where honesty should have been, and why harm can sometimes be caused without the truth ever being spoken plainly.
It is disheartening when you know something has shifted, yet no one is willing to be honest about their part in it.
But I am learning that I cannot control other people’s choices.
I cannot control whether someone tells the truth.
I cannot control whether people operate from fear, manipulation, avoidance, jealousy, or their own unresolved pain.
Everyone has free will.
What I can control is myself.
I can control my actions.
I can control my values.
I can control the way I respond.
I can control whether I allow confusion to turn me into someone I was never meant to be.
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
- Romans 12:21
I do not say this because the pain is small. I say it because I know my spirit is too valuable to hand over to what I cannot explain.
There are moments when I have had to slow down, focus on my breath, and return to the present moment. I have had to remind myself that I cannot stay trapped in old cycles, old stories, or thoughts that make me question my worth.
That is where I have had to stop digging.
The deepest hole I have ever had to stop digging was the belief that I was somehow not worthy.
For much of my life, I have felt surrounded by people who seemed willing to take advantage for their own gain. That can leave a person asking difficult questions about themselves. It can make you wonder if you were too trusting, too open, too hopeful, or somehow not enough.
But someone else’s willingness to misuse access to you does not determine your value.
Their choices do not reduce your worth.
Their silence does not erase your truth.
“Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.”
- Proverbs 4:23
This week, one faithful step for me is to keep moving forward, even through the confusion.
God’s timing is always on point, even when I do not understand every detail of the process. My responsibility is to show up for the fresh grace and mercy He has given me today, with conviction and a real desire to help make this world better.
Consistency is the key.
Not consistency for attention.
Not consistency to prove something to people who have already decided not to understand me.
But consistency because I know the life I am building deserves my presence. My healing deserves my effort. My purpose deserves my discipline.
I want to keep sharpening my mind, body, and soul. I want to keep making intentional baby steps. I want to become a little stronger, clearer, wiser, and more aligned than I was yesterday.
“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?”
- Isaiah 43:19
I wish someone had told me earlier just how big the scale of life can feel when you are moving through a painful season. I did not always understand what was happening around me. At times, I was simply transmuting pain into growth and trying to make sense of experiences I would never choose to place on anyone else.
I have never wanted to intentionally harm another person or interfere with their life. That is why it can be hard to process when you feel harmed, especially when there is no honesty, accountability, or closure.
Still, I do not need every answer to continue.
I do not need everyone’s acknowledgment to heal.
I do not need to stay in the past in order to honor what happened there.
I can be still.
I can breathe.
I can return to the present.
I can guard my heart without hardening it.
And I can trust that God sees the whole story, including the parts I may never fully understand.
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
- Psalm 46:10
This Monday, I am choosing the next faithful step.
I am choosing consistency.
I am choosing conviction.
I am choosing to live by my values.
I am choosing to keep becoming.
And I am choosing to trust that God’s timing is bigger than my unanswered questions.
I will not let what I cannot control pull me away from who I am becoming. I will show up for today’s grace, protect my peace, and keep moving forward with God.

Monday Morning Grace Frequency Feature
🎵 “Stargazing” by Myles Smith
Today's Frequency Feature is “Stargazing” by Myles Smith, a song that carries the feeling of recognizing a meaningful connection and realizing that what felt distant may have been present all along. The song’s central imagery reflects closeness, wonder, and two lives finding their way toward the same moment.
As I walk into this week with unanswered questions, this song reminds me to lift my eyes beyond what I can immediately explain.
Sometimes I cannot see the full purpose of a season while I am living through it. Sometimes I do not understand why certain people, places, or situations had to change. But I can trust that God is still present in the parts of my story that feel unclear.
I can keep moving forward.
I can keep choosing truth.
I can keep protecting my peace.
And I can keep believing that nothing God has asked me to learn, release, or rebuild has been wasted.
There is something powerful about looking upward when life tries to keep us focused on what hurts. Stargazing reminds me that there is always something bigger than the moment in front of me: more possibility, more healing, more purpose, and more of God’s plan still unfolding.
This week, I am holding the frequency of trust.
I may not have every answer, but I can show up with faith.
I may not understand every detour, but I can continue walking with integrity.
I may feel the weight of what has changed, but I can still make room for the life God is building ahead of me.
Press play, take a breath, and remember: you are not lost. You are still being guided. Keep looking up, keep moving forward, and trust that what is meant for you will meet you in God’s timing.
A Note From Eugenia
Beautiful soul,
I know what it feels like to walk into a new week carrying questions that do not have answers yet.
It can be painful when people shift, when honesty is missing, or when you are left trying to understand harm you never intended to cause anyone else.
But today, I am remembering that I cannot control another person’s choices.
I cannot force truth.
I cannot make someone take accountability.
And I cannot keep digging into confusion looking for an answer that may never be offered.
What I can do is return to myself.
I can return to my values.
I can protect my peace.
I can honor the truth of what I have experienced without allowing it to turn my heart hard.
I can keep moving forward.
I am learning that consistency is not about being seen. It is about showing up, again and again, for the life God has placed in front of me.
It is choosing to sharpen my mind, body, and soul.
It is taking the next faithful step, even when I do not understand the full plan.
It is trusting that God’s timing is still working, even in the unanswered places.
So if you are carrying questions into this week, breathe.
You do not need every explanation in order to heal.
You do not need someone else’s honesty to remain honest with yourself.
You do not need permission to choose peace.
Stay grounded.
Stay true to who you are.
Hold the frequency of truth.
And keep becoming.
With love,
Daniel Eugene “Eugenia” Timmons
