Monday Morning Grace: When Ego Tries to Deconstruct You
When people try to deconstruct you to stay elevated, they create a debt their own hearts must pay. This Monday Morning Grace names the ego games, honors God’s balance, and invites you to transmute heavy energy into alignment, courage, and a cleaner, freer week.
Beautiful Souls,
There is a cost to tearing down what God is building, and the invoice is always sent to the heart.
Yesterday we celebrated One Year In - twelve wild months of crowds, pointing fingers, spiritual warfare, ET phoning home, and a man standing in the center of it all, glowing with a light he did not create.
Today feels different.
Today is not about the spectacle; it is about the grace that kept me standing while people were quietly trying to deconstruct me so they could stand taller themselves.
When people deconstruct you to protect their image
One of the hardest lessons of this past year has been watching how far some people will go to keep their own image polished.
If protecting their platform requires cracking your foundation, they’ll reach for the hammer.
If their reputation feels threatened by your rise, they’ll start dismantling your story piece by piece.
Sometimes it comes wrapped in spiritual language.
Sometimes it shows up as concern, advice, or correction.
But the fruit is the same: your sanity questioned, your motives twisted, your calling minimized so theirs can stay centered.
This isn’t just personality conflict.
It’s an energetic and spiritual decision - and it always comes with a bill.
Divine balance and the debt of a heavy heart
Any time we operate purely out of ego - out of fear, control, or the need to dominate the narrative - divine balance is activated.
Not as lightning bolts from the sky, but as a quiet, unavoidable accounting in the unseen.
You can build a platform on someone else’s humiliation.
You can ride their name through private group chats, pulpits, offices, and back rooms.
You can siphon their ideas, their frequency, their labor, and pretend it is all “favor.”
But heaven is not fooled.
There is always a debt written into that choice, and the invoice is sent to the same place you were trying to protect: your heart.
Heavy hearts are often carrying unpaid balances for harm they refuse to name.
“Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.”
- Galatians 6:7-9
Grace doesn’t mean there are no consequences.
Grace means God is willing to meet you even in the fallout - if you will tell the truth.
Energy cannot be destroyed - only transmuted
Here is what this past year has taught me: energy never disappears.
The gossip, the slander, the gang‑stalking shadows, the humiliation rituals, the quiet betrayals - none of that energy vanished when people stopped talking to my face.
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
It can only be transmuted.
And when you walk with God, you do not have to absorb what they send.
You are allowed to hand it back to heaven and say, “Teach me how to turn this into something holy.”
- The confusion they tried to plant in your mind can be transmuted into discernment.
- The rejection can be transmuted into clarity about who is truly for you.
- The humiliation can be transmuted into humility and holy boldness at the same time.
This is spiritual alchemy: letting God take what was meant to crush you and convert it into the very ingredients of your calling.
“…we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope…”
- Romans 5:3-5
Alignment with your higher self and with God
When you begin to understand transmutation, you stop chasing what was never yours.
You stop begging people to see you.
You stop negotiating your worth in rooms that profit from your silence.
Living in alignment with your higher self and with God looks like this:
- You tell the truth, even if your voice shakes.
- You refuse to play small so someone else can feel big.
- You allow what is not aligned to fall away instead of constantly resuscitating it.
From that place, you do not have to force opportunities.
You become a frequency.
The right people, assignments, and resources recognize that frequency and find you in God’s timing.
Transmuting your desires with authenticity - no manipulation, no performance -naturally filters your circle.
Those who were only attached to your usefulness fall away.
Those who are drawn to your truth and your alignment with God drift closer and stand with you.
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
- 2 Corinthians 12:9
Grace for you - and grace for them
Monday Morning Grace is not about pretending people did not deconstruct you.
It is about stepping out of their ego games and letting God handle the balance sheet.
You do not have to curse them.
You do not have to carry them.
You do not even have to convince them.
You can acknowledge:
“Yes, they tried to elevate themselves on the rubble of my reputation.”
“Yes, they chose silence when they could have chosen truth.”
And then you can let grace do what grace does - invite them to repentance while you keep walking toward your destiny.
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me…”
- Psalm 23:4
Frequency Feature:
Today’s frequency is “Home” by NF – a song for the ones who have wandered through humiliation, misunderstanding, and heavy expectations, and still find themselves reaching for a place where they are fully seen and fully safe. This track carries the ache of not fitting in with the stories people write about you, and the pull back to the only Presence that truly understands your heart. Let it be a reminder that home is less about geography and more about alignment with who God says you are, right now, in this moment.
Drop it in, press play, and let the lyrics sit with the parts of you that have felt deconstructed, misread, or displaced. Let this song soundtrack your walk back into alignment, where grace meets you exactly as you are and still calls you forward.
You do not have to chase what is already written in your name.
Even if people try to deconstruct you to keep themselves elevated, heaven has already accounted for every unseen detail.
Let God transmute the heavy energy you have been carrying into clarity, courage, and calm.
Walk into this week trusting alignment more than approval, grace more than grind.
The more you stand in your true self with God, the more what is meant for you will recognize you - and the less power every false story will have over your life.

EugeniasThoughts: If they needed to deconstruct you to feel tall, they were never standing on solid ground.
You were never the problem - you were the mirror.
Transmute the weight, keep your heart clean, and let heaven handle the math.
Every word is a whisper of intention, carved in stillness and light.

Your Journey Starts Here
Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.
These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.
There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision. Always.
