Truth Telling Tuesday: How to Hold Your Story Without Letting It Break You

Your story is not a weapon to swing or a wound to hide. It is a teacher - and when you let God sit in the front row, truth becomes a way home.

Over the last year I’ve told pieces of a story that, on paper, should have broken me:
scapegoating, gang‑stalking shadows, humiliation rituals, orchestrated relationships, spiritual warfare in workplaces and neighborhoods.

But this Truth Telling Tuesday is not a crime scene report.
It is a lesson in what truth can do when you treat it as an engine for healing instead of a bomb for destruction.

My story is the engine behind all of this - EugeniasThoughts, the daily posts, the mystical memoir - and today I want to share how I hold that story in a way that encourages you and signals to every brand watching that truth can be handled responsibly.

Truth must heal, not just expose

I’ve learned that if the only thing my truth does is make people gasp, I’ve misused it.

I don’t tell my story to shock.
I tell it to create language for people who feel crazy but aren’t.
Truth is my way of reconciling hearts back to God, not burning reputations for sport.

Yes, there were seasons where friends, family, and leaders chose silence or betrayal.
Yes, there were moments where I was positioned as the scapegoat so systems and egos could stay polished.

But when I sit down to write, I ask a simple question:

“Will this truth help somebody heal, or just help me vent?”

Jesus said,

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
- John 8:32

If freedom is not the fruit, I keep pressing deeper with Him until it is.

Vulnerability without chaos

We live in a world where vulnerability is often either over‑performed or shut down.
One extreme is the public meltdown; the other is the polished mask.

My journey with Truth Telling Tuesday has taught me to sit somewhere different:
vulnerability with responsibility.

That means I share the hard parts - the isolation, the humiliation, the mind games - but I anchor them in:

• reflection,
• scripture,
• and emotional ownership.

I don’t pretend I’ve handled everything perfectly.
I confess where fear, anger, or confusion had me on the ropes.

But I refuse to use vulnerability as an excuse to create new harm.

“Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you…
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
- Ephesians 4:31-32

That verse doesn’t mean pretending abuse didn’t happen.
It means telling the truth without becoming what hurt you.

Energy transmutation over public revenge

This past year has made one thing very clear: energy never disappears.

The lies, the manipulation, the orchestrated humiliation, the gang‑stalking choreography - none of that evaporated when the messages stopped or the meetings ended.

Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
It can only be transmuted.

With God, I learned I do not have to absorb everything sent my way.
I can hand it back to Him and say:

“Teach me how to turn this into something holy.”

• Confusion transmuted into discernment.
• Rejection transmuted into clarity about who truly walks with me.
• Humiliation transmuted into humility and holy boldness at the same time.

This is spiritual alchemy:
letting God take what was meant to break you and convert it into the very ingredients of your assignment.

“…we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope…”
- Romans 5:3-5

Truth Telling Tuesday is where I come to say,
“Here’s how that alchemy is working in real time.”

Not revenge.
Not exposure for exposure’s sake.
But transformation.

A framework I carry into every space

Over time, my story has formed a simple framework I bring into every room - from my blog to brand conversations, from DMs to boardrooms.

You could call it: Notice, Name, Transmute, Align.

Notice
I pay attention to what’s really happening: the scapegoating, the manipulation, the spiritual atmosphere.
I ask the Holy Spirit for eyes to see beneath the surface.

“Search me, O God, and know my heart…and lead me in the way everlasting!”- Psalm 139:23-24Name
I tell the truth plainly, without cruelty.
I give language to patterns so people who have never had words for their pain can finally articulate it.
Truth becomes a bridge, not a sword swinging wildly.

Transmute
I partner with God to turn that energy into aligned actions and boundaries - prayer, rest, hard conversations, stepping away when necessary.
I let Him show me which battles are mine and which ones belong fully to Him.

“The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”- Exodus 14:14Align
I make decisions - about relationships, work, collaborations - based on the clarity that comes from that process.
I choose spaces that honor truth, not just tolerate it.
I say yes where my calling is respected and no where my presence would be used.

This is the framework under everything I write.

Let my vulnerability be grounded, not chaotic.
Align me with Your heart in every partnership, conversation, and platform.
And for every person carrying heavy truth with no safe place to put it, meet them today with courage, language, and Your gentle guidance.

You don’t have to weaponize your story to make it powerful.
Tell the truth with God in the room, and watch how He turns your lived experience into a lighthouse - for you, for your community, and for every brand brave enough to stand in that Light.

It’s the sound of loving someone while also living with unanswered questions: Do they still think about me? Do they still care? Are we done, or just lost?

If you’re in a season where your love life feels suspended - no clear ending, no clear reconciling, just a quiet ache and a thousand “what ifs” - let this track hold space for that tenderness. You don’t have to rush to a conclusion or pretend you’re over it. You’re allowed to feel the longing, acknowledge the absence, and still trust that God can meet you in a story that isn’t unfolding the way you wanted.

You’re not weak because you’re asking, “Why did that happen to me?” - you’re honest, and honesty is the doorway God likes to walk through.

Some things won’t make sense right away, but that doesn’t mean they’re pointless. The fact that you’re still here, still reaching for meaning, is proof that the story isn’t over yet.

Right now, your only job is to keep breathing, keep telling the small truth of how you feel, and keep leaving room for God to turn what was meant to break you into something that will one day help someone else stand.
