Sacred Saturday: Resting in the Peace You Reclaimed
This Sacred Saturday is about resting in the peace you reclaimed - complete freedom from the vampires and puppeteers who tried to steal your blessings. Take the exhale, get still in nature, and trust that true love and hope never give up on you.
Beautiful souls,
after a week of guarding your frequency and following it home, come here and breathe. This Sacred Saturday is your invitation to finally rest in the peace you fought so hard to reclaim - to stop bracing and simply be.
The peace that feels like freedom
There is a specific kind of peace that comes only after a war.
For me, this reclaimed peace feels like complete and total freedom. Freedom from people positioning themselves over me to steal my blessings right out from in front of my face. Freedom from energy vampires leeching onto every step, trying to control everything I do and everyone in my life. Freedom to keep pushing forward without someone quietly working against me the whole way.
It’s the freedom to finally take a chill.
These days, if you’re in my life, it’s because I want you there - not because I need you there. And I no longer sign up for anything I don’t understand. That’s not bitterness. That’s peace with boundaries.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
John 14:27
John 14:27 on Bible Gateway
The peace Jesus gives isn’t the absence of enemies.
It’s freedom from their grip - even while you rest.
Rest is where you finally exhale
When you’ve lived in survival mode - hypervigilant, in observation mode, documenting everything - your body forgets how to relax.
So the reclaimed peace isn’t just a feeling; it’s a physical exhale. It’s being able to sleep, to breathe, to enjoy something simple without scanning the room for the next threat. It’s the nervous system finally learning, we’re safe enough to rest now.
Sacred Saturday is the day to honor that exhale on purpose.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28
Matthew 11:28 on Bible Gateway
You are allowed to lay the weight down.
You carried it long enough.
Stillness is where you hear God clearest
Here’s what I’ve learned: the quieter your life gets, the clearer God’s voice becomes.
All those energy vampires and manufactured distractions weren’t just draining -they were noise. And noise drowns out the signal. But in the stillness of a protected, peaceful life, you can finally hear the frequency underneath everything.
My ritual is simple: I walk, and I just be outside. No agenda, no performance - just me, creation, and God. Being outdoors is where I feel closest to Him, where the static clears and the source signal comes through loud and true.
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10
Psalm 46:10 on Bible Gateway
You don’t need a complicated ritual to reconnect.
Sometimes a quiet walk in nature is the whole prayer.
The gift of a smaller, truer circle
Part of what makes this peace so restful is who’s no longer in the room.
The smaller circle isn’t lonely - it’s sacred. There’s a holy quiet that comes when you stop giving access to everyone who only tuned in to take. What’s left is real: real peace, real presence, and space to actually breathe.
“Better a little with the fear of the Lord than great wealth with turmoil.”
Proverbs 15:16
Proverbs 15:16 on Bible Gateway
A little peace beats a lot of chaos, every single time.
Rest in the quiet. It’s a gift, not a punishment.
Trusting the rest, even when you know more is coming
I’ll be honest about the tension in my rest: I don’t believe this silence will last forever.
After the season I walked through, part of me knows another chapter is coming. I may not know every last detail, but I know enough to understand that I shouldn’t have been able to walk out of it alive - not unless I truly am the Healer and Seer I claim to be - allegedly.
And yet, that’s exactly why I can rest. If God carried me through the fire when it was raging, He can certainly hold me in the quiet now. Trusting the rest doesn’t mean pretending nothing else is coming. It means trusting the One who already proved He’ll keep me through whatever does.
“In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
Psalm 4:8
Psalm 4:8 on Bible Gateway
Rest is not letting your guard down foolishly.
Rest is trusting that God’s guard never comes down at all.
Frequency Feature: “Hero” - Mariah Carey
This week’s frequency feature is “Hero” by Mariah Carey - a timeless, soul-stirring anthem about the hero that lives inside each of us, and the quiet strength that rises when we refuse to give up hope.
For a Sacred Saturday about resting in the peace you reclaimed, “Hero” carries a gentle, almost whimsical frequency - a soft reminder that true love is one of the most powerful forces in all of creation. When you’re blessed enough to hold that kind of love, it can quite literally reshape the world. It’s the kind of power that isn’t meant to be hoarded; it’s meant to move humanity forward, one act of hope at a time.
And here’s the tender truth woven into this song: we all have quiet heroes in our lives - the ones who protected us, believed in us, and carried us through, sometimes without us ever getting the chance to thank them personally. Let this be a moment to honor them, wherever they are.
Let it play while you rest. Let it remind you that hope is never wasted, that true love never loses its power, and that the hero the world needs may very well be the one already living inside your own heart. Never give up. Hold onto the love. And use it to lift the world a little higher.
A Sacred Saturday rest practice
Let today be gentle. No fighting, no fixing - just resting in the peace you reclaimed.
- Name your freedom.
Finish this sentence: “I am finally free from…” Let yourself feel the relief of what’s no longer draining you. - Take the exhale.
Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and take three slow breaths. Tell your body: “We’re safe enough to rest now.” - Get still in nature.
Step outside for a walk with no agenda. Let creation quiet the noise and reconnect you to the source signal. - Trust the rest.
Pray: “God, You carried me through the fire, so I can rest in the quiet. Whatever comes next, You’ve already got it. Tonight, I choose peace.”
“You reclaimed your peace, beautiful soul - now rest in it. This freedom is yours: no vampires, no puppeteers, no positioning to steal your blessings. Get still, take the exhale, and trust the rest. The God who carried you through the fire is more than able to hold you in the quiet.”

Every word is a whisper of intention, carved in stillness and light.

Your Journey Starts Here
Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.
These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.
There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision. Always.
