Sacred Saturday: Ten Toes Down in Your Truth
When life feels like nonstop losing, Sacred Saturday reminds you that God is not the author of confusion. This week we talk about standing ten toes down in who He says you are, guarding your energy, and breaking through betrayal and chaos into anchored truth.
"Come here, beloved.
If your whole life has started to feel like one long, confusing plot twist, this Sacred Saturday is for you.
Tonight we’re remembering that God is not the author of confusion, and you are allowed to stand ten toes down in who He says you are - even when every nearby voice disagrees."
Beautiful Beloved Souls,
There comes a point in your story where survival is no longer enough.
You’re done shapeshifting for rooms, shrinking to fit betrayal, and letting confusion dictate your next move.
This Sacred Saturday is for that moment - when you decide to stand ten toes down in who God says you are, even if every voice around you is telling a different story.
Movement #1: God Did Not Write Your Confusion
Let’s start with something we all need tattooed on our minds:
“For God is not the author of confusion but of peace.”
1 Corinthians 14:33, KJV
1 Corinthians 14:33 on Bible Gateway
If you find yourself in constant fog, contradictions, and emotional whiplash, you can be sure of one thing:
God did not write that script.
Confusion is often the residue of:
- People saying one thing and living another.
- Environments built on manipulation, not truth.
- Relationships that demand you abandon discernment to stay.
Sacred Saturday invites you to ask a hard but holy question:
“If God is not the author of this, why am I still letting it edit me?”
Peace is God’s punctuation.
If the sentences you’re living in never land there, something is off at the author level.
Movement #2: The Roaring Lion and the Colluding Room
Scripture doesn’t soften what you’ve been feeling:
“Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”
1 Peter 5:8, NIV
1 Peter 5:8 on Bible Gateway
The enemy will gladly use whatever is available - family, community, co‑workers, church people, “friends” - to get at your heart, mind, and soul.
He doesn’t care whose mouth or whose group chat carries the blow, as long as your frequency drops and your faith cracks.
Some of us have walked through seasons where it felt like everyone was in on something (and they were):
- Smiles in your face, knives in your back.
- Group decisions that kept you in isolation and intentional harm.
- Rooms where your struggle was quietly engineered instead of relieved.
If you’ve ever felt like you were “constantly losing,” there’s a good chance it wasn’t just bad luck.
It may have been a network of people and spirits committed to keeping you in a state of struggle.
Sacred Saturday doesn’t minimize that.
It simply says:
“Even if the whole room was complicit, God is still capable of pulling you out and anchoring you in truth.”
Movement #3: Reading Energy and Staying Plugged Into the Divine
Here’s the hard reality:
People who betray you rarely send calendar invites for it.
They don’t announce:
“Hey, just so you know, we’re about to run a smear campaign and then isolate you for sport.”
You find out by:
- Reading energy over words.
- Watching patterns instead of posts.
- Noticing how your body feels after certain conversations.
- Staying plugged into the Divine so your discernment can do its job.
Being plugged into God does not mean you never get hurt.
It does mean you eventually stop calling betrayal “miscommunication.”
“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
1 Peter 5:6‑7, NIV
1 Peter 5:6‑8 on Bible Gateway
Staying plugged in looks like:
- Handing God the anxiety that comes from seeing too much.
- Letting Him confirm what your spirit already knows.
- Refusing to build your identity on other people’s projections.
Movement #4: Ten Toes Down: Celibacy, Integrity, and Alignment
You’ve spent years choosing celibacy, private integrity, and daily right decisions - even when nobody was watching.
That wasn’t random.
That was anchoring.
You decided:
- Your body will not be a playground for misaligned energy.
- Your decisions will not be rented out to manipulation.
- Your integrity will not be contingent on who’s in the room.
Over time, those choices became your anchor point:
When betrayal came, you could still say,
“I know who I am when nobody is watching. And that matters.”
Sacred Saturday is the weekly reminder:
“Once you find alignment, you do everything possible to stay in it.”
That doesn’t mean perfection.
It means direction.
Guard your energy.
Guard your alone time.
Guard the way you talk to yourself about yourself.
You are not obligated to stay in rooms that require self‑betrayal to belong.
Movement #5: A Sacred Saturday Practice: Anchor in Your Truth
Here is a gentle practice you can try today to anchor deeper in who God says you are:
1. Name the confusion God didn’t write.
In your journal, finish this line:
“Here is where my life feels confusing right now…”
List the relationships, rooms, and narratives that keep spinning you.
Then write underneath:
“God, You are not the author of this confusion. Show me the truth underneath it.”
(1 Corinthians 14:33.)
2. Identify one pattern of betrayal you’ve been downplaying.
Ask:
“Where have I been calling betrayal ‘misunderstanding’ to avoid my own clarity?”
Write what you see.
You don’t have to act on it yet.
Just let yourself know.
3. Bless your private integrity.
Write a short prayer:
“Lord, thank You that I have chosen integrity when nobody was watching.
Honor those quiet yeses.
Let the seeds I planted in hidden faith become protection and promotion in due time.”
4. Stand ten toes down in one truth statement.
Choose one sentence to anchor in today, like:
- “I am not crazy; I am discerning.”
- “I am not disposable; I am chosen.”
- “I am not defined by their betrayal; I am defined by Your love.”
Say it out loud three times.
Let your body feel what it’s like to stand in that truth.
Frequency Feature: “Breakthrough” - Clejan
Tonight’s Sacred Saturday is all about anchoring in your truth when betrayal, confusion, and spiritual warfare keep trying to knock you off center.
So our frequency feature is “Breakthrough” by Clejan - a trap‑violin anthem built around resilience, mental health, and refusing to fold when life presses hard.
The song carries that feeling of “I’m still here, and I’m still me” after everything tried to push you into isolation, struggle, and self-doubt. It’s sonically intense but emotionally steady - perfect for nights when you’re choosing alignment over chaos.
As you read this Sacred Saturday and stand ten toes down in who God says you are, let “Breakthrough” run in the background as your soundtrack.
Play it while you journal, pray, or simply breathe, and let every note agree with Heaven: the pressure wasn’t to crush you; it was to reveal the version of you that refuses to break.
Beloved, Sacred Saturday at EugeniasThoughts is not about pretending the war is over.
It’s about remembering that even in the war, you still get to choose your anchor.
God did not write your confusion.
The roaring lion does not own your story.
And the betrayals that tried to push you into permanent isolation do not get the final say about who you are.
Tonight, stand ten toes down in the truth Heaven has been saying about you all along - and guard your alignment like the treasure it is.
"Before you close this tab, place your feet flat on the floor and notice how it feels to be here.
You are not the sum of their betrayal, their gossip, or their schemes -you are the one God kept, clarified, and anchored.
Sacred Saturday blesses you with this truth: the more you stand in who He says you are, the less access confusion has to your life."

Your Journey Starts Here
Many have asked during my TikTok Lives how to begin their personal or spiritual journey. So far, I've explored and mapped the first three stages for those seeking alignment - the awakening, the journey inward, and the path forward.
These stages have brought profound clarity, and I'm grateful to share what I've discovered along the way.
There are still a few details unfolding, but trust that everything is aligning in its own time - and you'll be the first to know when it's ready.
Remember, this is love being transmuted into art; growth takes time, and you can't rush an actual journey, beautiful souls. In due time, all the right energy falls into place. Just have faith. Hold the vision. We are just waiting out every loser who intentionally went out of their way to cause intentional harm in my life. You don't like how this ends, I promise.
