A note from the author

If you’ve found your way to EugeniasThoughts, I’m going to assume something brave about you: you’re tired of being confused on purpose. You’re done pretending that chronic spiritual warfare, betrayal, and emotional whiplash are “normal life.”

I don’t write these posts because I’ve mastered rest or alignment. I write them because, like you, I’m still learning how to stand ten toes down in who God says I am while the world keeps trying to rewrite the script. This space is my way of telling the truth about that journey - the good, the bad, and the very ugly - and inviting you to tell yourself more truth too.

My hope is simple: that when you come here, you feel less crazy, more seen, and reminded that God is not the author of confusion, even when life looks like a storm. I want this corner of the internet to be your weekly exhale - a place where we honor what you’ve survived, guard your energy, and choose alignment over chaos one baby step at a time.

Thank you for letting me walk this out in public with you. Your journey matters. Your discernment matters. And I pray you leave here a little more anchored in the truth that you are loved, protected, and carrying more glory in your veins than the world ever gave you credit for.
