The Frequency of Faithfulness: Climbing With God
The Bible is a roadmap for daily growth, not a demand for perfection. Tune into God’s presence, stand on truth, and take one faithful step at a time toward healing, purpose, and a life that positively influences others.
Whisper: I do not have to solve the whole world tomorrow. I only have to let God guide my next faithful step.
Beautiful soul,
There are times when following God can feel like climbing a ladder you cannot fully see.
You may know there is more for your life. More peace. More purpose. More healing. More discipline. More truth. But you may not know how to reach it all at once.
That is where faith begins.
The Bible is not a book meant to shame us for being human. It is a roadmap for returning to God, strengthening our character, and learning how to live with greater love, wisdom, and responsibility. It teaches us how to climb (the ladder) - not by pretending we are perfect, but by choosing the next right step again and again.
Jesus warned that faithfulness does not always make life easier. In Luke 21:16, He said that betrayal can even come through parents, siblings, relatives, and friends. Yet the surrounding passage also calls believers to witness with courage and to stand firm. Luke 21:16
That message is not permission to live in fear or suspicion. It is a reminder that hardship, rejection, or misunderstanding does not mean God has abandoned you. Sometimes the people closest to us cannot understand the change God is doing within us.
And still, we keep climbing.
Many Are Called
Jesus said, “For many are called, but few are chosen.” Matthew 22:14
This is not a message of superiority. It is a call to humility, commitment, and response.
Many people hear an invitation toward truth, healing, service, forgiveness, or growth. But responding to that invitation requires something from us. It requires us to release pride. To tell the truth. To forgive without pretending what happened was okay. To take responsibility for our own healing. To choose integrity when no one is applauding.
Being “chosen” is not about being better than other people. It is about being willing to answer God’s call with a surrendered heart.
It means choosing the work.
It means choosing honesty over image.
It means choosing growth over comfort.
It means letting your faith show up in your decisions, not only in your words.
The Commandments Are Steps
The Ten Commandments are not a punishment. They are guardrails for a life that protects people, honors God, and creates order where chaos once lived.
None of us keeps them perfectly. That is why we need grace.
But grace is not an excuse to stop growing.
Maybe today your step is speaking more truthfully. Maybe it is honoring your commitments. Maybe it is releasing envy, refusing to gossip, or protecting someone’s dignity when they are not in the room. Maybe it is resting instead of running yourself into the ground.
You do not have to repair every broken system tomorrow.
But you can become a safer person in your own home.
You can become more honest in your own relationships.
You can become more disciplined with your own thoughts, words, and actions.
When people choose one faithful step at a time, those steps become a path. And when enough of us choose that path together, we become part of healing far beyond ourselves.
Do No Harm
Psalm 105 says, “Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm.” Psalm 105:15
This verse should never be used to place a person above accountability or beyond correction. Godly leadership welcomes truth, accountability, and humility.
But it does remind us to be careful with one another.
Be careful with the stories you spread.
Be careful with the pain you dismiss.
Be careful when someone’s difference makes you uncomfortable.
Throughout history, people have suffered when communities responded to fear, difference, or accusation with cruelty instead of discernment. Jesus was rejected and crucified by authorities who saw His message and influence as threatening. The Salem witch trials show another devastating example of accusation, panic, and injustice overwhelming truth and due process.
The lesson is not to label every disagreement persecution. The lesson is to refuse the frequency of harm.
We do not need to destroy what we do not understand.
We do not need to gossip about people who are growing.
We do not need to punish someone for being honest, different, or called to walk a path we cannot see.
We can choose discernment without cruelty.
We can choose boundaries without hate.
We can choose truth without becoming destructive.
Tune Into Truth
Your frequency is shaped by what you repeatedly allow into your heart, mind, mouth, and environment.
So today, tune into what produces life.
Tune into prayer.
Tune into truth.
Tune into people who challenge you with love, not control you with fear.
Tune into the daily practices that help you become more patient, more accountable, more peaceful, and more aligned.
The ladder is not climbed in one giant leap.
It is climbed one faithful choice at a time.
Beautiful soul, you do not have to be perfect to be used by God. You only have to be willing.
Keep learning.
Keep healing.
Keep returning to the truth.
And keep taking the next step.
Hold the frequency. Walk in truth. Keep becoming.

Today’s Frequency Feature is “The Warrior King” by DJ Sm1th.
Some battles are not fought with force. They are fought through faithfulness: choosing truth when it would be easier to perform, choosing compassion without abandoning your boundaries, and continuing to grow when life gives you reasons to give up.
A warrior spirit is not about controlling others or proving your strength. It is about leading yourself well. It is about becoming disciplined in your thoughts, intentional with your words, and courageous enough to keep walking with God - even when the path is misunderstood.
Let this song remind you that you do not have to carry the weight of the world alone. You only need to take the next faithful step, protect what God is building in you, and let His presence strengthen your purpose.
Hold the frequency. Walk in truth. Keep becoming.
A Note From Eugenia
Beautiful soul,
You do not have to become perfect overnight to walk with God.
The climb begins when you choose one honest step: a kinder word, a healthier boundary, a moment of prayer, a decision to do no harm, or the courage to start again.
God is not asking you to carry every problem in the world on your shoulders. He is asking you to let His presence shape how you show up in yours.
Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep choosing what is true.
Your faithfulness matters more than you know.
Hold the frequency. Walk in truth. Keep becoming.
With love,
