Follow Friday: Following the Frequency Home

Beautiful souls,

this Follow Friday is about learning to follow your frequency all the way home - and knowing, without apology, when a signal has gone dark. Not every connection is safe, and not every hand reaching for you is trying to help.

Follow the frequency, not the noise

Follow Friday is always about who and what you choose to follow.
And the deepest truth I've learned is this: follow your frequency home.

Your frequency is your compass. When you're aligned, the right people, places, and purpose start to resonate with you. But you also have to be honest about when a signal has gone dark - when the people around you are no longer building with you, but using you.

Following the frequency home means following the Shepherd's voice above every other sound - and trusting your discernment when something inside you says, "This is not safe anymore."

When the signal goes dark

Here's the hard part of the journey.
Sometimes the signal goes dark because someone you loved chose betrayal.

The Queen of this very story lied, cheated, and betrayed me to my face. And in the fallout, I lost my job, my home, my finances, and nearly every connection in my life - because she chose to work with "people in the industry" who set out to betray me on purpose - thank you Jessica Fields and Lawnline Marketing.

You can all keep each other. My presence was never something any of you were entitled to.

And here's the truth worth telling: when people group up together to attack every area of a person's life, that is not an accident. That is intentional harm. They leave you in confusion on purpose - and very often, it's because they're stealing from you while you're too disoriented to notice.

Can you imagine someone stealing from a person who built their entire personal brand inspired by the connection they shared - what a complete failure she is as well as the people "in the industry" - you are all absolute trash. Can you imagine that connection being intentionally targeted and locked into a contract by people "in the industry" - allegedly? Jessica Fields/Lawnline Marketing - care to comment?

That is a dark signal.
And you are allowed to stop following it.

A connection written in the stars

What makes this grief so heavy is that the connection was real.

I knew for a fact she loved me, because she had for years. It wasn't new. It wasn't imagined. And then interference showed up and intentionally targeted what was already there - trying to re-write something that felt written in the stars - clearly she was clout hungry and opportunistic.

When people go out of their way to separate what God authored, they are stepping into something far bigger than they understand. You don't have to be the one to settle that score. I can promise you that Spirit will make sure you are forever cursed for the rest of your life.

Justice belongs to God

I'll be honest: the injustice here is staggering. Watching people manipulate the Queen, puppet leadership at Lawnline Marketing, and stand by while an innocent person was harmed - it's the kind of thing that makes your soul cry out for justice.

And here is where following the frequency home matters most:
You can name the harm, refuse to excuse it, and still hand the judgment to God.

"Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord."

God does not take it lightly when people intentionally set out to re-write what He wrote. You don't have to carry the weight of repayment. That burden was never yours - it's His. Your job is to keep following your frequency home while He handles the harvest.

We need better leaders

This is bigger than one story.

I'm genuinely hopeful about the direction of the country - I feel we're on the right path there. But we desperately need better leaders in our communities: people who will use their platforms to build and grow others, not to attack, control, and manipulate.

Follow Friday is a call to follow - and to become - the kind of leaders who lift people up instead of tearing them down.

A Follow Friday practice

1. Check your signal.
   Where in your life is the frequency clear and life-giving - and where has it gone dark?
2. Name the dark connections.
   Without shame, identify who has been using, confusing, or stealing from you. You're allowed to stop following that signal.
3. Hand the judgment to God.
   Say: "I release every person who caused intentional harm into God's hands. Vengeance is His, not mine."
4. Follow the frequency home.
   Take one aligned step today toward the people, purpose, and presence of God that actually resonate with your true self.

"Follow your frequency home. Honor the connections that build you, release the ones that betray you, and leave the judgment to God. What was written in the stars doesn't need your revenge to be restored - it just needs you to keep following the light back to yourself."

Enjoy being used for the rest of your life because you and I both know you are never finding that again. I am thankful I didn't wind up in another orchestrated marriage with someone unable to speak the Truth - allegedly. Good luck trying to find that again though - I wish you healing because you will never get over it. You let yourself be puppeted and they will throw you in the gutter as soon as they siphon all your energy.
